I wish I could give zero stars. I asked for a sausage and cheese croissant they added egg and I’m allergic to egg and could die from it. NO APOLOGY just said they could make it over I said no thank you can I have the loaded potatoes they put about 7 potatoes and STILL NO APOLOGY from them almost killing me. I asked for a number to corporate but she said they are a franchise. OF COURSE that’s why there was no apology while being really nasty she even took the coffee back after I had to return TWICE and NEVER EVEN SAID SORRY. I’LL NEVER GO BACK. I went back like a dummy asked for LIGHT ICE!!!! It’s on the receipt

There seems to have been a turnover of staff. I didn’t recognize anyone except for one girl. I had to take my sandwich back twice because they didn’t cook it enough. The first time I took it back I told him it wasn’t cooked. It was really nasty. I would recommend staying away from this place for a while. Also the lines are longer than they’ve ever been. Likely due to a very inexperienced staff. Some of them need additional training because what they got wasn’t enough. I think I’m done with Dunkin for a while.

My coffee is terrible! Y’all don’t know how to make coffee. How hard is it to read what the customer wants and put it in the coffee? I’d give zero stars if I could I don’t drink coffee but my wife does so I usually get a bottle of Diet Pepsi the past few times they where past a month expired I took it back and got a new one today it happened again I took it back and they tried to say it wasn’t expired when the date clearly says march 11 and it’s now mid April and the lady wants to get an attitude. I don’t know what happened to this Dunkin because it used to be great and we would go there at least 3 times a week. Sorry Dunkin you just lost a customer at this location.

I went to the Dunkin by my job to get a iced tea and it tasted like cleaners were in it or some kind of chemical in it. I instantly threw it away and called so it wouldn’t happen to anyone else and the lady got rude. So needless to say I will not be back to this one because I’m not trying to get sick an die over a stupid chemical in the tea. I suggest you guys fix this because you’re gonna hurt someone eventually.

I’m not sure what is wrong with this location but they seem not to be able to get anything correct. After having coffee made wrong and missing Munkins several times I called the store. A female manager blamed it on previous management but is trying to get the store together. A month passes after going here 4-5 days per week and today I was given an ice coffee when I ordered Hot. I told the nice worker at the window who started today that my drink was suppose to be hot. No problem from her. She tells the girl Carma or Karma who took and made my order it’s suppose to be hot. Instead of making what I ordered she says she ordered ice. Then the whole time I’m getting my drink remade she won’t stop looking at me then tells the manager she did not order hot. This is a simple mistake she made but the way she acted is very unprofessional. I even asked her name while she kept looking at me.

Everytime I’m here they mess me or my partner’s order up in some way. The staff is super friendly so you may have to give them a few tries to get it right .
