Had about the worst take-out meal I’ve ever had here today. Ordered using the drive through (it’s AI voice chat now apparently) 2 servings of Broccoli and beef with a single portion of String bean chicken. Proceeded to pay and drive home. Upon opening up my plate of broccoli and beef I felt there to be a disproportionate amount of broccoli per how much beef I got. I actually separated the broccoli and beef as seen in the photo before I ate any of it. Otherwise it tasted OK. The fried rice wasn’t great. Undercooked, still had tough/hard rice in chunks. The Worst part though I’d have to say would be opening up the String bean chicken and finding a large hair right in the middle of it. I ate no more of the meal after that. All said and done the combination of the portioning, the quality, and cleanliness of the food; I won’t be eating any more Panda Express.

Normal drive through experience. How ever I requested a plate with chicken teriyaki and orange chicken with noodles. Idk what kind of miscommunication happened here but they literally forgot the other side. Never have I ever had this happen. I should’ve been charged a bowl. I discovered this when I was making my way back to Jefferson city after visiting family and this is my go to. I pulled over to a road side park to eat and to my displeasure I found I was missing one of the major players to my meal. I really shouldn’t have to check my meal everytime but I will do so going forward. Food was good and in flavor. Just shorted me.

I am blown away by the lack of customer service here. it’s 7:52 pm and we are waiting for our food. Haven’t even gotten the food yet and I had to review. Immediately tried conversing with the girl at the window to be polite and closed the window door in our faces and walked away. I’ve never felt like I was in an assembly line before. A simple smile with an acknowledgement would have been nice but there was zero customer service.

Everything is perfect, and I always eat here! The only issue I had during this visit today, was that there was something inside of my sweet & fire chicken that disturbed me. I’m hoping it was beef, but I threw it away just in case it wasn’t.

Got a family box with fried rice and a variety of proteins. The fried rice was burnt and went back to get new ones. They just gave me more from the same burnt batch and claimed it was fresh. Called again to let them know and kept arguing that it wasn’t burnt. The Cottleville location never fails and even then just go to the small shop across the center.

Nothing was ready. Nothing made everything’s a seven minute wait with the staff rolling their eyes at you for ordering food. What’s the point of being open? If you’re not gonna have food ready should close this location. They don’t even wanna work here.

Ordered green bean chicken and beef with broccoli and ended up with nothing but broccoli! They had cabbage and parts of the stem in the mix.Didn’t see until I got home. Crab Rangoon was barely fried. Won’t be back.

The food tasted great but I went to open my drink for the ice, there was what looked a small piece like mold or rotten food frozen in my ice. I don’t think I’ll be returning after finding that in the ice.

The new AI ordering window is no good. I come here for lunch often but I can’t continue to do so in good conscience knowing Panda Express is on the fast track to eliminate American jobs along with human interactions in favor of cheaper, worse customer service done by poorly trained bots.
