First time, loved the atmosphere. Server was very friendly and attentive. “Gaucho” I think is what they called them, was fast, attentive and funny!

My only critique, the plates slide very easily on the table and made cutting the meat challenging.

Bathroom was clean and smelled nice!
Reservations were lovely, walked in. Walked past people who had been waiting for a while and we were sat immediately. No wait!

The food was delicious. Meat selections were great!
The food buffet was a good appetizer selection. however, it could use more selections.

Overall, I’ll be back and will recommend to friends!

I have been to several Brasilian churrascaria style restaurants in the United States, and lived in Brasil for a couple years. This Brazilian Steakhouse is very good, and the most authentic they I have been to in the US. The atmosphere was nice, the service was very good. They have a nice selection of food at the buffet, ranging from traditional black beans and rice to salads and stew. The variety of meats that they bring is very good, and unlike the other churrascarias I’ve been to in the US, this one serves chicken hearts! The restrooms were also very clean and organized. The price is within range for these type of restaurants and it’s definitely worth the money if you like to eat. The owners were very nice and made us feel very welcomed. Highly recommend this place.

I am writing this review with full understanding that this was their very first night open. Because of that, a full 5-star review would not be accurate — instead, 3 stars feels more appropriate, mainly based on three things:
(1) our server, (2) the dessert, and (3) cleanliness.

The food, however, did not meet traditional Brazilian steakhouse standards. As someone who frequents at brazilian steakhouses, I trust that I know what a properly seasoned steak should taste like.

The meats were served unsalted and overall very plain. There was also a long wait between rounds of meat from the servers who bring the meat, and they didn’t always seem fully confident in the names of what they were serving. You could easily sense the growing frustration at tables as people waited to be served again.

In my opinion, the meat should be coming around continuously — table after table — so people can eat efficiently and leave sooner, opening space for other diners.

To reiterate, this was a soft opening and I did not expect perfection. But at the same time, it currently makes more sense to go to an Americanized place like Fogo de Chão and still receive higher-quality Brazilian food.

The rice was hard, the meats did not look appetizing, and the pão de queijo was served burnt.

I am not criticizing this new establishment — only pointing out what I believe could be improved moving forward.

Now for the positives: our server, Kevin, was amazing. He greeted us immediately with a smile, explained the process clearly, and was helpful any time we needed him. He even assisted us with small things like extra sugar and an additional glass. You can tell the servers genuinely enjoy their jobs, and they bring a great energy to the restaurant — something the food just hasn’t caught up with yet.

The dessert was absolutely delicious. I ordered the flan and didn’t even get a photo because I ate it so quickly. I would genuinely come back just for the flan.

The bathrooms, dining area, and our table were all very clean.

Overall, my main concern was the food. I probably won’t be returning in the immediate future while they continue figuring things out, but I will come back later to see what improvements they make.

And finally — don’t let this review discourage you from trying the restaurant yourself. Just because it didn’t meet my standards doesn’t mean it won’t meet yours.

Where to begin? We visited Nossa Casa today and I have nothing but praise! From the very start, one of the owners (Thaina) welcomed us and accommodated our walk-in, and the entire experience was incredible.

Authentic Brazilian food, prepared with so much care. Everything was delicious, the meats were cooked to perfection, and the atmosphere was vibrant and joyful. The background music reflected Brazilian culture beautifully—lively yet at a comfortable level that still allowed for easy conversation.

The gauchos and servers were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful, which made the experience even better.

The restrooms were spotless—beautiful and clean—and the attention to detail throughout the space is impressive. The design elements reminded us of Brazilian architecture, with arches, cobogós, and even a nod to the iconic Copacabana sidewalk in Rio.

Don’t expect a large, impersonal corporation, but rather a warm, family-owned restaurant. The owner was present, interacting with guests, communicating, and leading the team with genuine care.

I would give them 10 stars if I could—and whatever you do, don’t skip the desserts!

I will definitely be back and wish them continued success!

I Truly Enjoyed This Restaurant It Was As Gorgeous As One Of The Owners I Met ‼️ I Believe It Is Owned By 3 Women All Sisters As If I Needed Any Further Reason To Support You Eat With Your Eyes First And You Began To Eat Soon As You Entered The Door Very Modern, Stylish , And Contemporary. Almost Out Of Place You Feel Like You Are In A Villa In Brazil .They Have Set A New Standard For The Millsboro Area Definitely Game- Changed The Sides In The Real Dishes Was Chefs Kiss. It was Classy , Elevated Yet Simple And Comfortable To Be There. I Felt Like I Was Eating At Family’s House. The Owner Was Hands On Serving, Not Walking Around Or Supervising She Was Hands On A Good Host As If She Were In Her Own Home. The Food Was Delicious Some Familar Some New All I Was Willing To Try. My Husband And Aunt Are Avid Steak Eaters. They Were Very Pleased And The Meats Were Endless Coming To The Table I Couldn’t Keep Up.All Perfectly Cooked And Presented In A Consistent Timely Manner. Servers Were Fast , Kind, Always Busy And Active Everyone Helped Each other The Service Ran Smoothy Together Our Service Had No Hiccups. The Star In My Sky Was The Grilled Pineapple With Cinnamon I Think I Ask As Much Of That As My Husband Did Steak A lot . My Husband seemed To Be In Heaven This Will Probably Become A Staple Place For Area And For Visitors This Summer .

The best I’ve ever had. There was absolutely ZERO WAIT TIME and we were immediately served with food. Would setup a room and live here if I could. 20 out of 5 stars.

Wow! This is a true to tradition Brazilian steak house dining experience. Our dinner began with a visit to the Chef’s table which is a locally sourced selection of hot and cold delicacies, the chef here really delivered an amazing selection of freshly made flavor bombs including a shrimp ceviche that easily rivaled anything I’ve ever had, and that’s saying a lot. Another memorable dish was fresh Mahi Mahi filets done with a coconut sauce which was simply delicious. As we enjoyed this feast, the gaucho visited our table frequently with various cuts of meat, and carved them for us as we gave him our temperature preferences. Kudos to Nossa Casa for providing this truly unique and flavorful dining experience. I enjoyed a nice glass of Pinot Noir, while my friend had a Rio crush, of of their specialty cocktails . 5 stars all the way folks.

The restaurant is clean, lovely people, our waiter and the guy who serves the meat. The rounds were constant and fast. Drinks were strong and delicious and dessert was delicious as well. We did have to wait 10 mins even though we had reservations but that’s ok they are fairly new. There was also no Chimichurri when I went up to the Buffett but the second time around there was. Overall I had a great time and left happy!

Ill start off with the noise level. It was our anniversary and they only have tables. We really couldn’t talk because it was to loud. They said they are working on getting sound panels. The server basically brings you drinks and the meat cutters run around handing out fresh sliced meats. The meat was hit or miss. Some of the steaks were bleeding raw or beef jerky. Some of the top round was tender. The pork was so hard and dry I cut it and it shot on the floor. LOL The garlic chicken was another dried out rock. The bacon wrapped chicken leg was dripping with juice and was good. The best part of the meal was at the chefs table. They had a large selection of sides and I ended up eating the sliced smoked salmon. The Yuca fries were inedible. Way to hard and over cooked. They had 2 deserts cheesecake and moose $8-12. We may go back again. We were hoping this was going to wow us but it doesn’t.

We went to Nossa Casa for the first time yesterday. I made reservations online a week before and had no trouble getting in. Our server Erika was very attentive and nice and our Goucho, Jake was quick, efficient, funny and friendly.
We used to travel to Newark for this type of experience until that restaraunt closed then to another in Annapolis, this restaurant is superior to that one.
The prices are in line if not less than restaraunts of this style and the food was delectable. Along with the meats they also had a buffet with fresh salads and interesting sides all of the ones I tried were unique high quality and delicious.
The renovation of the old Georgia House created an attractive building where it was once run down. It’s nice to see a new vibrant spot in downtown Millsboro which has potental to bring folks to the area, maybe more much needed attractions will come to the downtown.
In my opinion, the ratings some have given to this restaurant are too critical and are shamefully low. You can tell when you walk in that the owners and staff take pride in their new venture and everyone from the hostess to the owner came by to ask how everything was.
The only thing that was slightly an issue, as others have said, was the plates slide easily on the tables making it a little difficult to cut the meat. This could be solved with a soft table cover, place mat or heavier plates.

All in all a great experience and I wish them well because I will be returning.
