Mexico Real Family Restaurant delivered one of the most satisfying Mexican dining experiences we’ve had. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, but what truly made the visit special was our waiter. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to understand our taste preferences and guided us through the menu, making excellent recommendations that turned out to be spot-on.
We ordered Pollo Chipotle, Fajita Real, and Carne Asada, and every dish was outstanding. The Pollo Chipotle was rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced with smoky chipotle flavor without being overpowering. The Fajita Real came out sizzling, loaded with tender, well-seasoned meat and fresh vegetables, making every bite full of flavor. The Carne Asada was cooked just right—juicy, tender, and packed with authentic grilled flavor that really stood out.
Not a single dish disappointed. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. You could tell real care went into the food, and everyone at the table enjoyed every bite.
To top it off, the drinks were just as impressive. We had margaritas and a mule, and both were refreshing, well-balanced, and the perfect complement to the food. They added an extra layer of enjoyment to an already great meal.
Overall, Mexico Real Family Restaurant is a place that combines excellent food, great drinks, and outstanding service. The friendly and attentive staff, especially our waiter, made us feel welcome and well taken care of. New-ish place (6 months old as of this review), with lots of pretty standard Mexican fare. Tonight, we (the table) had a mix – fajitas, arroz con pollo, enchiladas, burritos, and fried ice cream.
No complaints from anyone, just really good food all around. The only observation was that combo fajitas – could have been a little more chicken and steak. Lots of veggies, which was great, just not a lot of meat.
Wait staff was terrific! Very much on the ball with drinks, food was hot when delivered, chips and dips were never empty. They definitely have a sense of how to serve people, which is fantastic.
Atmosphere and ambiance were also great. Music wasn’t too loud, lighting was right for the evening, temp was good, decor is actually very nice.
Overall, a fantastic experience. No complaints. Will most definitely go again. Looking forward to summer when we can sit outside on the patio!

The service was excellent and the staff were genuinely friendly. I ordered the cheese enchiladas and my partner had the steak taco salad. Both dishes were well prepared, and the portions were generous.
After taking a bite, I realized I had been served chicken enchiladas instead of cheese. I mentioned it to the waiter, who immediately apologized and offered to correct the mistake. Since I had already tried it and the chicken was very good, I chose to keep the dish.
The waiter also applied a discount, which was not necessary but appreciated. That level of accountability and customer service speaks well of the restaurant.
We will definitely be returning.

Went there last night with my wife and dog in their nice BIG outdoor patio facing the 25 but you can still see the tops of the mountains. We saw the sun set. The tables are spaced out plenty far from each other if you have a dog. I had the steak and shrimp fajitas, delicious! We had wonderful service from the staff and the food was great. The margaritas are great and they are generous with the tequila pour ;). My new go to Mexican food place!

A timely visit by the wait staff, serving seasoned refried beans and salsa & chips.
My server was very well timed in how he took my order.
I had the 1 item combo w burrito.
Rice and beans were spot on. And of course had to have my Mexican bottled Coke. I ended up taking half of it home. For the price ($11.95), you can’t go wrong. I highly recommend!

Marvelous local mexican food place that took over where Caspian cafe used to be. Great location with an outside patio as well as inside booth and table seating for groups from small to large. They have an extensive menu with every option I can think of and a few I hadn’t. Ended up going with the Pollo Poblano for my first visit which was fantastic! You definitely wont leave hungry!
