At the time of writing, this location has a 1.8 star review. After my visit I see why. I got there an hour and 15 mins before closing time. At first I thought they were closed because they had already put chairs up. When we walked in we were told they were out of about half of the things they offer. An hour before closing time and still busy you should make more but I could tell by the chairs they just wanted to go. The kitchen was being cleaned which is great just not that early. The food they did have was end of the day quality, no freshness whatsoever. The food line was a mess with food spilled everywhere. The employee helping us was clearly upset that although she told us they were out of so much we still ordered. I’d also like to add this is pretty far from my house but the Anderson location is just as bad so I drove out of the way. As of now the only option is College Ave location I’ve had no issues there. This location should have the franchise license pulled.

This location lacks much. We went for lunch today. The front line seemed to be currently more efficient than previous visits, but the chips are (again) stale. There was a line before us and a line after us. As many are going through the line, there should be NO REASON for fresh chips to get stale in that amount of time. And they were not only stale, but some were actually wet. Soggy. Wet. The chicken had several gristle chunks in our bowl, and the dining room was and is often not well tended to, as well. Tables need to be wiped down. Management, train your employees to proceed with Chipotle’s SOP, or fire them when they don’t. We’ve gone back several times in hopes that the food quality and dining space have improved. As of today, not yet. We do not recommend this location at all. Or at the very least, don’t buy chips or eat in. Management, what say ye?

We stopped around 11 on a Sunday and we were greeted by a friendly server. My protein bowl was fabulous and I loved the non-soda drink options… tea, unique lemonade, and a berry drink. They were all good!
The downside was that it was only 11 am and the bathrooms were dirty as well as the dining room. We had to clean our own table before sitting down to eat.

The chicken was so burnt that it made my throat feel like it was sizzling. They said the corn wasn’t even close to being ready even thought it was in a big serving tray ready to go on the counter behind the person making our food. Should have read the reviews, but I am optimistic about it improving because it used to be a really good spot for quality food.

After seeing other people’s disappointing experiences, I’m really scared I’ve consumed food from here. To start, I probably come here around 3-4 times a month and it has NEVER failed, they do not have fajita veggies. To be an establishment that pushes health so much, how do you not have vegetables? Never even cooking more either. Today one person was working the dine in line with about 12-15 people trying to order. When it became my turn, he starts picking up the serving utensils and saying “is brown rice okay? Are black beans okay? Is sour cream okay?” Since when do the workers decide what goes in the bowl…? Another worker is sweeping the floor (which definitely needed to be done) but then walks up to the counter and starts serving people without washing their hands or putting gloves on. Thank GOD that person was not preparing my food. After finally getting though the line, they are all out of 1. Forks 2. Ice 3. Napkins. All three trash cans are overflowing. Something genuinely has to be done.

Absolutely embarrassing ordeal today (8.15.25). Virtually out of everything. 20 minute wait for rice and chicken. Those come up, then told they have no pico or quac. Who the hell is running this location? You have some of the worst review numbers I have ever seen for ANY Chipotle location on the planet. Get it together, corporate needs to come knocking and clean this place up.

Tried to go back again today. Only to find this sign on the door. Drive thru backed up, but no one allowed to dine inside? Confusing and gives no reason as to why. Can only assume short staffing. Location continues to be sub-par.

Food is good but extremely stingy on serving size (see photo). Very rude workers I was trying to scan my app to get points and the guy glaired at me and rolled his eyes multiple times and would not say a word to me. unclean aswell.

Food disgusting. Service Terrible. Small portions. No chips. Please explain why my brown rice is sitting in a pool of grease. I can already feel the food poisoning after a single bite. This place needs to be shut down immediately even though they just opened.

Went and ordered ahead of time through the app around 1:30 pm. Drove to the location at almost 1:50 pm & the order still wasn’t ready. The pick up lane outside was backed up and not moving so I went inside to pick up and wasn’t even acknowledged.
Had a bad experience trying to contact support (which is automated) and now I have no food and can’t even get a refund. Definitely not coming back to this location.

This is the most disgusting chipotle we’ve ever been to. Half of the food containers were empty and food was everywhere. The had no clue how to plate and serve the food. They insisted on fixing all 5 of our dishes at the same time. Very rude. Seriously looked as if the bathrooms have never been cleaned. The soda machine area had no lights and the ice was a mountain up the machine. Had to sit outside cause all the tables were disgusting and the outside was worse but we could just scoop the piles of food off the tables. Used baby wipes to clean it enough to sit and eat. We seriously were afraid to eat our food the place is so disgusting. Really don’t have a positive thing to say. Chips were stale. We’re from out of town taking care of some family matters and it being valentines most places were packed so we chose here. This store gives chipotle a bad name!! Needs to be investigated!!
