This Subway was the filthiest restaurant I have ever been in. My girls and I couldn’t believe how nasty every single inch of the place was. Flies were everywhere, nothing had been wiped down or swept up in a very long time, and the meats were all uncovered with the flies landing on them. The staff was rude and we couldn’t understand the young man running the register because he mumbled and never looked at us as we tried to pay. I don’t know why I even went through with the order, probably out of sheer shock. We threw away those meals and went to a clean Subway in East Tupelo. Someone from corporate should check into this franchise. What a blight on the Subway name. They should also check into the sludge in the parking lot in front of the store. The smell is horrific in the Mississippi heat.

I had a fantastic experience at Subway recently, thanks to one of the employees, Lanesha. She made my sandwich with such care and attention to detail, ensuring everything was perfectly prepared. The ingredients were fresh, and the sandwich was made exactly how I requested. Lanesha’s friendly and efficient service made the entire experience even better. I really appreciated her dedication to providing a high-quality meal, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Bad quality food, staff were cussing and fighting, 15 mins before closing they would not fix a sandwich, even though they messed the previous order up. I was actually just going 5o buy another sub. But they said they were counting the register and would not be fixing anymore sandwiches. Again, not 15 minutes after closing-but 15 minutes before. Extremely rude and would not fix their mistake, even at the customer’s expense-not good at all. Someone needs to over haul this place and it’s staff. The food quality was horrible.

Worst Subway I’ve been to. They hardly had anything available and the lady who took my order was so very rude and complained the whole time. Once she got my sandwiches started she grabbed her cell phone and walked outside! It took several minutes for someone else to come finish my order. My “heated” sandwiches were fully toasted by the time someone came to get them out of the oven. Not to mention the cashier kept talking about how badly he needed to use the restroom. Flies all over the food, dirty restaurant. Glad we were just passing through but I’ll remember to never return. I would have been better off purchasing food from the attached convenience store.

The woman making my sub was friendly and competent and did things well and quickly–and that says a lot. Plus, she was pleasant.
You get your soda cup and fill it up at the Love’s next door, which I thought was unusual.

subway the woman was washing the white platforms in gloves, then in the same gloves on her hands she began to make a turkey sandwich for me, I politely asked her to change gloves, but she reacted incorrectly, I left and will try not to come to this love’s anymore !!! Even in the common room, there is a truck stop on the grill with sausages, the view of the sausages, as if they were lying on the floor with really dirty sausages !!! Who cares about hygiene, I do not recommend this track stop at all. dirty not hygienic unsanitary conditions everywhere!!! HORROR .
