We can here with a group of six, which worked out perfectly because we all ordered something different (noodles with and without broth, entrees with and without rice, appetizers, etc), and i was able to try almost everything.
My personal favorite was the Dan Dan Noodles, but the Sesame Chicken was great too! The eggplant and green bean was delicious, and next time I am surely trying the Chinese Beef Burrito because I have not been so intrigued by a food item in a long time.

Great diverse menu with more than your typical Americanized fare. Great selection of noodles, dim sum, and other options. The braised beef noodle soup was very good. I’ll be back to try more of the menu. Great atmosphere, trendy, and clean. You can see the noodles being made.

Great Asian Noodle spot. We came on a Sunday afternoon.. Be ready to wait awhile for a table . It is worth the wait…we enjoyed Pork Wonton with Chile sauce and sesame paste, fried lamb skewers, shrimp/pork siomai , General Chow Chicken stirred noodles. Our favorites were the General Chow and Pork Wonton w chile sauce. The lamb was flavorful but would try another dish over ordering ut again. The staff was busy but nice about guiding our choices. The food is very fresh and the restaurant clean. Many families and people enjoying food so maybe try a weekday lunch to skip the wait. We will definitely be back to try more feom the menu…

Finally tried Highland Noodle and it lived up to what we were hoping for! They did a great job on the interior, it looks very nice and elevated. We got the braised beef soup noodles with the medium thin noodles and the shrimp and pork siomai. Both were excellent. The soup was very rich and savory and perfectly balanced by lots of cilantro and green onion. We are eager to go back and try more of the noodle dishes. The flat noodles looked amazing.

New favorite spot! The beef noodles are solid with thick, tender meat, but the cold chicken is the real star here…..fr this is a seriously must-try dish! Also, don’t sleep on the coconut matcha, it’s delicious. The green dumplings were a bit dry, but overall, a fantastic experience. I’ll be back for sure! ✨

Lot of Chinese places have popped up with fresh menu and fresh soup series. It is a quantum leap for Roseville dining experience. Whether the quality of service or ambiance and of course the star of the show is the food. They have added Tomato and egg stir fry noodles. Which was so fresh and a welcome addition, if your eyes have gone sore with the usual staple soy sauce based stir fry noodles. It is a tad bit sweet here and there, but, that is the one that gives a spike to the taste. I must mention all the salads in the veg option. Wide variety of salads from seawood, cucumber, bok choy to few more. This was the dining experience I was looking for and finally Roseville has caught up. Be it lighting or decor it was a fulfilling tranquil experience.

I had an amazing experience at the Highland Noodles. The food was incredibly delicious, and the atmosphere was stylish and upscale, with a clean, modern design that made the dining experience even more enjoyable. The service was also excellent—friendly, attentive, and efficient.
I tried several dishes, including the Tomato Beef Noodles, Braised Beef Noodles, and Spicy Beef Noodles—each one full of rich flavor and perfectly balanced spices. My favorite part of the meal, though, was their unique Matcha Coconut Water—refreshing, slightly sweet, and a perfect complement to the bold flavors of the noodles.
Highly recommended if you’re looking for authentic Lanzhou noodles in a refined setting!

The food here is amazing! The noodles are super flavorful and perfectly chewy, and the toppings are always fresh. The spicy sauce is just the right level of heat, very satisfying but not overwhelming. I especially loved the wontons; they were soft, juicy, and full of flavor. The restaurant is clean, cozy, and the staff are very friendly.

First time at Highland Noodle and won’t be our last! The server was great and helped us order their most ordered dishes- so we ordered the braised beef soup, spicy wontons, chow mien, and cucumber appetizer. Everything was 10/10, I especially loved the cucumber appetizer and the beef noodle soup! I recommend joining the waitlist on their website because they don’t take reservations. It helped- we didn’t wait more than 3 minutes for a seat!

Super impressed with the hand pulled noodles! Got the Dan Dan Noodle in medium, it was al dente just how I like it. Spice level and flavors were also on point to my preference.
Now I would go somewhere else for dimsum, theirs wasn’t my favorite. For me both the siomai and wonton with chili and sesame lacked internal flavors (I don’t want to rely on sauces alone for my dimsum).
Service and atmosphere are excellent. Love the interiors and how easy it was to place your order. Our server was also mindful checking on us and the food.
Now would I go back? Absolutely would love to try more of their Chef Specials and rice bowls. Already imagining the noodles being perfect for the winter too! Glad to have more Asian restaurants in the area.
