I decided to try Candy Cloud after a few friends shared great things about their drinks, and it truly lived up to the hype.
The space is small but very cozy and welcoming. When I walked in, a couple of regular customers came in at the same time and were incredibly kind. They took a moment to walk me through the ordering process, which made the experience feel warm and community oriented right away.
I ordered a shaken espresso and the birthday cake soft serve. Both were incredibly delicious. I really appreciated how customizable everything is, which makes it easy to tailor your drink or dessert exactly to your preference. I also loved that the drinks are served in a cute plastic can. It felt creative and fun, and definitely added to the overall experience.
Most people seemed to grab their order and leave, but I decided to sit down for a bit and rest. It was such a nice little break in my day.
The staff was very nice and polite, and their menu offers unique options you do not see every day. Between the creative presentation and the variety of choices, it feels like a special spot. I will definitely be back.

I stopped by the Ortega Store earlier today curious as to what the Big hype was all about from TikTok!! And I must say everything about this establishment impressed me , from walking in the Staff gave a warm welcoming in. I did asked the staff was okay to take pictures and their reply was sure we welcome you to do so!! The store was clean, the was just right not loud, plenty of displays about their food, drinks, and souvenirs! The kiosks was very easy to get through, and if there’s something that you needed assistance with the two young ladies made their presence known for support. Ohhh and the wait was faster than a so called fast food joint! The prices were very reasonable, I purchased 2- Jalapeño sandwiches and 3- Specialty drinks for $40.00. And I must say they were very delicious per and Sister would agree. And I do plan to return! Great invention! Candy Cloud was a 10/10!!

The interior is small, no acknowledgement from staff they were all in the back. There are 2 kiosks and big TVs on the wall displaying the menu. The menu itself has a couple of unique options, you could diy/customize nearly anything. The prices vary, pay attention there. I thought it was odd they charge for less ice. The music was blasting upon my visit. They offer bags but no drink carrier. P.S the bottles are a flimsy plastic Lastly, you can not enroll in the rewards program in store you have to independently download the app, putting in your number before or during checkout leads nowhere

This place is great! The cans are so so cute & the interior of the shop is small but very nice. Ordering is done on kiosks and the line has generally been pretty long both times I’ve been but it moves quickly. The ice cream was surprisingly good but my favorite so far has been the strawberry matcha. I’m so excited to have something like this so close! Can’t wait to try more on the menu

Definitely give this place a try if you’re in town. Very different drink, soft serve or food options. They do only accept card at this establishment so be prepared for that. I will definitely visit again try something different. Very original and cute concept, I love it

this place is amazing! the people who work there are so friendly and personable. the drink was everything, and you can’t beat the price ($17 after the bday discount) for a regular drink, a bacon and egg grilled cheese (which is huge btw), and two full cans of garlic parmesan and cinnamon sugar pretzel bites. i was not expecting the servings to be so huge and im very happy about that! i’ll be telling everyone about this place.
