I used to love the food here, but I’ve been consistently disappointed the last few months. They can’t seem to pay attention long enough to get the correct flavor of hand pie that you order, my last 3 orders have shown up with either the wrong flavor or none at all. The wings are good when they’re fresh and properly sauced, but most of the time I get lukewarm, dry chicken and soggy fries. Won’t be ordering again any time soon.

Wings are good but service is awful and it appears to be nationwide. They have no means to contact management through their site and don’t respond on twitter. This location has screwed up two of my orders. First one: I checked into the app and waited in the designated spot for 15 minutes before walking in and seeing a bag with my name on it sitting there. I asked the guy at the to-go counter how long it’s been sitting there. He chuckled and said that he couldn’t tell me and walked away. They also didn’t give me a drink or include ranch. Second: much faster with the car delivery but no ranch again and only gave me 12 out of the 16 wings I ordered. If this is what it is I’ll just Wing Stop around the corner.

This place sucks!! I placed a to-go order. I ordered 4 strips, was only given 3. I ordered an extra sauce (which was an extra charge) and it wasn’t included in my order. I ordered 3 pies and was given a cheesecake instead. Never ordering from this place again.
