The food has always been good when I’ve been here. The staff is always friendly and the store is super clean. This is food that is cooked after you place the order so it’s not going to be as quick as food that’s sitting waiting for you to order it. Sometimes it gets hectic and busy(football game times) but the food still takes the same time to prepare.I suggest if you want super quick then get some nuggets from somewhere that pre-prepares it and uses heat lamps or whatever.

I’m a weekly customer at Wingstop and there was an error with my large delivery order from the app last night. The delivery person had picked up someone else’s much smaller and different order than my own. Immediate communication was made by the store, before the wrong order delivered , to try to make things right. The new trainees customer service was excellent attempting every avenue to assist even trying to help me figure out how to access my Apple Pay card number . Called again today to verify the refund was sent to my correct card number and the GM, Natasha, rest assured me that it was submitted today and took great care of me. I appreciate the store , their professionalism, customer service and the food always being hot and delicious for me and my family. I appreciate you all!

The WINGS here are really good. Indeed the lemon pepper ones are great. Tried the chicken sandwich….it was overcooked and a bit dry. They also need to offer MAYONNAISE for it. The blue cheese dressing was AWFUL….runny and flavorless. No chunks of blue cheese. ALL.these wing places need to make their own homemade blue cheese and ranch, honestly its not that hard. Local chain Roosters does and it is fantastic. The app was pretty easy to use.

Don’t order at night they couldn’t care less about making the food decent. It’s like they fry the chicken and slap whatever flavor you got on it at the top and don’t bother to actually lather it. Fries were good at least and the guy in there was nice

First, customer service was TERRIBLE. There was an attitude because we ordered a large drink but she grabbed a small. When we told her, she threw the ice and mumbled under her breath as she grabbed our large drink. On top of that, our cheese fries were COLD, DRY, and had barely any cheese OR fries in our order. Will never order from this location again.
