Two stars for the food because they’re the only Phó joint on island so we appreciate it, however, it’s very expensive (compared to other Asian dinner options around) yet not 100% authentic.
Service is great however they won’t offer you their stamp card unless you ask and once you do, they won’t stamp your for current meal, they’ll begin on your next visit… ridiculous, right? Also, they don’t mention their discount days, it’s just posted for in case you see it.
Atmosphere is a 3 just because there’s nothing special about it.

Everything was so delicious. My husband and I especially loved the fresh rolls with bbq pork. I ordered the wonton soup and the broth was so flavorful. My husband ordered a spicy seafood soup and the broth was just as flavorful. My only recommendation was that the restaurant was very warm. I wish they had turned on the other AC or fans in the restaurant.

Great food! Slightly overpriced. I’ve ordered take out a dozen plus times. Everytime, they did not give me what I paid for. Check ur receipts! Systemically bad. How hard is it to check a receipt?

Food is so good. It is a shame that the service is so bad. They are not new employees, so why have their customer service not improved? It just ruins the experience when the servers are not friendly at all and treat you like an inconvenience. 기분 나빠요. My friend went there one night and just asked for water and the server practically tossed it to her. Customers just don’t deserve that treatment. I hope they see this and improve!

and expected Rib eye per the menu description . The meat was very tough and resembled a cheaper cut of meat like a flank steak. This is very deceitful to charge for a higher quality of meat and serve something else. Never going back again!
