I’m not sure if I’m the only one who didn’t realize there are companies who can meal prep for you, but this has been a blessing! I heard about it from a friend and got started last week. I am a pretty picky eater but I can honestly say I’ve enjoyed every meal.
Each item has a sticker on it that gives you the nutrition information, expiration date, and instructions to heat so all you have to do is enjoy.
If you like the structure of meal prepping then I would recommend giving Lean Impact Nutrition a try!
