My son and I stopped in to get a couple of subs for the first time since this location opened last week. The staff was really, really friendly! We ordered one cold sub and one hot sub fresh off the grill. Both subs were really really good! I really like how all the ingredients are fresh and they make everything right there. Again, the staff was awesome as well! Really made our night!

Out of all fairness they just opened. Too many employees on deck and running into one another (I counted 8) Employee on slicer was having a problem remembering subs. 1/2 my order was dressed at the back bar so I couldn’t confirm or see if my toppings going into the sub ( speaking with his back to us) and it was lined up and loud so definitely a distraction. The condiments went on to heavy so messy and made the bread soggy.
We absolutely love Jersey Mike’s and I will be back after they have been open for a bit. A couple of the girls had some great energy so the potential is here for sure.

Loved the service from Miracle today! She was the only employee that offered me a bag for 4 subs. She stepped in to help the other employees while everyone were lost!

Foods always good from here but I have ordered ahead twice and both times coming in at the time they said my sub would be done they haven’t even pulled it off the receipt printer and have to make it while I am there. Understanding that they just opened and all new employees but if you are ordering on lunch it could be upsetting for some.
