Fairly moderate sized , we stopped here for a late night food pick up (~10 pm ). I had a food which I asked for and it tasted ok. But other people in my party asked for hot hoagie but they got cold hoagie, even though system takes an order for hot hoagie. I understand sometime the crowd is more than the restaurant could service. Gas prices are on par with local prices , enough parking lots , staffs were working tireless even during late night.

Shouldn’t take an hour or longer when it’s mostly dead at night to put stuff in bags for you. Especially when many times it’s just things on shelves and in the fridges ain’t even making any of the food. Any other Wawa I’ve ordered using door dash takes 10-35 minutes for the order to be ready regardless what I order or how big. But this one even on a small order fee drinks it takes 60-75 minutes that’s attricious. Many times if there is warm food involved it’s cold by the time they give it to the drivers sitting there so long pisses me off. There’s hardly any cars driving after 6pm around here or later so zero reasons to act like y’all are busier then a mall or new York or a huge city. Get it together. Plus forgets things many times or makes things wrong. If I go in person it’s fast service so zero reasons for it to take five times more time ordering it for delivery it’s insane and annoying.

The worst WaWa around, I normally don’t leave reviews but I finally have to about this place, I’ve only gotten lunch at this place about 6 times in the last 3 months and 4 of the 6 times there has been something wrong, 3 times the burritos had no meat and this last time the chicken parm had no sauce. Oh and don’t bother going there for coffee after 3pm because chances are they won’t have any and if they do it will be old and cold.

I am only reviewing Gas station part. The people who work here are friendly and it’s easy to find a pump because it’s laid out well.

We bought 5 sandwiches and 3 cups of 24 oz coffee. Paid for them and went to wait for the sandwiches. When they were ready, they were just put on the counter. I asked them if they had a bag for the sandwiches. They said I had to go buy one from the front. Why didn’t the cashier ask if I wanted a bag? He knew what I bought. Then there’s the coffee holder, it doesn’t really hold them on place. I walked out and they all tilted and spilled into my hand. One just fell out on to the ground. It was a horrible experience.

Quality has gone way downhill since my first review 12 years ago. Made to go burrito looked like a sandwich, sauce coming out both sides, and burrito doughy.

My husband and I just spent $50 here on sandwiches and breakfast bowls and the lady at the sandwich counter refused to give me a bag. Said it was only for soups and I had to purchase one. Makes ZERO sense ! They are making more and more money off this nonsense !

Be warned: if you order a buffalo chicken strip hoagie, there’s a 50% chance you’ll get barbecue sauce instead.

Easily the nicest Wawa I’ve been to in NJ. I’ve frequented stores in Ocean, Camden, Gloucester, Monmouth, Atlantic and Cape May Counties. Across 2 dozen stores this is a clear winner. Clear, clean and updated signage and advertising. The deli section had the names of the sandwich makers and they readily and frequently called out upcoming and finished order numbers. The drinkmaker was giving out free samples of their pizza, (actually good pizza) which is a rarity at Wawa. Their coffee bar and snack selection was organized and superbly clean, which I know is hard to keep up with generally.
Above all, smiles across the board. These people seem content to be here, which I commend them for. I know how hard customer service can be, and this store passes with flying colors! The sandwich was great too.

In general, I like the Wawa gas station chain, but I have to leave this review with the hope of improving the service. This is not the first time we order different types of wraps for the whole family, but we don’t find the stated ingredients there. as well as separately paid sour cream… this is extremely unpleasant, should we unwrap the wrap and check the consistency of the filling in the presence of the cooks??? and the second point is empty coffee tanks… ☹️
