Got here when they opened at 10:30 and was told we couldn’t place an order until 11:00 am and was sent back outside then we came back in around 11:05 and got ignored for about 5-10 minutes until they finally came over to take our order they were blasting inappropriate music (which we ignored) the we went to sit down in the dining area and got told we weren’t able to sit in the dining area because it’s closed today even though there weren’t any signs stating that , otherwise we wouldn’t have eaten here because we wanted to be able to sit and enjoy before a long car ride. I assume he was the manager but you could tell he couldn’t care less about his customers.

The food was alright. The consistency of the sauce was so so. Some were smothered in sauce some were lacking. Wings were fresh and hot. Cheese fries we good. What caught my eye was the hostess. Being very busy as I was waiting for my food I witnessed her keeping a smile on her face and bringing people’s orders, she would run through the list of there order and make sure they had everything they ordered. If something was missed it wasn’t because of her it was because they didn’t check it as she was helping every customer make sure there order was right. On top of all that she was taking other orders as well. Tykita was outstanding. I wish she worked in the Wingstop by me in Michigan. Keep up the good work. I was impressed. Thank you staff. Wife stopped by and got a 10pc order of traditional wings. They were overcooked/or sat way too long. Very dry, and very little sauce. Ranch also had a very strong garlic taste.

I’m not sure why the reviews aren’t that great. I ordered online and got the deal for 2 with 20 wings and a large fry and i was impressed. not only were the wings covered in sauce but they were super delicious. they were busy when i came in but my food still came out at a good time. The manager apologized for the food taking awhile but I didn’t think it was too long and he threw in some voodoo fries on the house.
I would recommend coming here. I don’t agree with some of the reviews. Come see for yourself!

Same as other reviews. We have them another shot tonight and boy same results or worse! We did the dry rub and it was like the did a dusting of the wings! My garlic parm wings tasted like plain dry wings! The wife had Cajun rub and they had a slight taste of seasoning and were also dry. We gave it another chance and well it disappointed! All these reviews are true about the one in Findlay. Manager has to be over paid! Workers were in there texting on phones then touching food!!!

Such a disgusting and trashy establishment, my order is always wrong, cold, or undercooked/over cooked. The wait times are always awful, even though it’s not very busy anymore. The main manager is so gross and does not care, it’s embarrassing. This whole place is embarrassing. I’ve seen the employees and customers treated poorly, and the environment is always so negative. Do not waste your time and money, go to a wingstop farther out because this one is genuinely vile.

Do not recommend this location. I have had WingStop multiple times, I order the same thing every-time. So I know how my wings are supposed to look and taste. Tonight my wings were over cooked with barely even any sauce and I couldn’t even eat them. And when we called to ask for a refund because the food was inedible, they said it was a me issue that I didn’t like them and that they weren’t gonna do anything to make up for it. Which is literally insane because it’s not my fault you gave me so dry wings that there isn’t even edible meat on them.

I really loved the Wingstops elsewhere, but this one ISNT it. We’ve been there 3 times in the last two months and the last 2 times have received incorrect or incomplete orders. Last time, they accommodated us, but that required driving across town (despite paying the up charge for DoorDash). Tonight, they gave our DoorDash person one of two bags and refused to do anything about it. Do yourself a favor and go to BWWs or something and avoid the disappointment.

They did not even start it until I walked in at 3:45pm. Had 8 orders of 5-chunks with different sauces. Not only were the cartons not labeled as to the flavor, they put 3 differently sauced chunks in one package (two times). Needless to say, it was unnecessarily difficult to figure out.
The chicken was well cooked, but the poor service earned them this rating.
