This is an outstanding restaurant with 4 total locations and an experience for the entire family. The cod fish platter was amazing 10 out of 10! This is their second brick and mortar location, and it’s a major upgrade from the smaller first version. The space is spectacular big, open, and full of great energy. Amber, the food is absolutely amazing! The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. You’ve got to get over here and try their soft opening menu it’s on point from start to finish. Everything feels elevated but still warm and inviting.

Blue Prosperity
Walking in the door just after lunch I was the only one in the restaurant. This was my first visit. The hostess was incredibly nice although she kept running her hands through her braids as she stood behind the counter talking me through the menu. I proceeded to order the 6 piece shrimp meal with fried okra and the 10 piece chicken wing meal with onion rings. As I waited for the food, the hostess informed me about their Sunday brunch and I was majorly considering to come this coming Sunday after church. When the food came out, I thought this food is looking absolutely amazing!!! But the taste, NOT PRESENT AT ALL. Major disappointment! I assume that they alter their seasoning for those who like it drenched in sauce maybe and then it won’t be too salty. But for those of us who like it plain – no seasoning at all!!!
So long story short, if you are a person who is concerned about your salt intake and it affecting your pressure, then this is the spot for you because apparently they don’t use salt. And I’m not even a person who adds extra seasoning once the food is cooked, but I definitely season prior to cooking it. Will I return? Maybe if they get the seasoning on point then I’ll be back.

My Best Friend took me here for my birthday! Customer service is top notch! The drinks were so good. The food was absolutely amazing. Try the wings (honey heat) I think…and catfish were seasoned well and came out piping hot. Do yourself a favor and go. Thank me later We noticed that they are on Door Dash too.

Food is mediocre at least. They forgot my order of okra no seasoning at all. My chicken wasn’t dipped or my fish. When I asked I was given a Lil cup of sauce like here, do it yourself. The shrimp was good could’ve been fried a Lil harder. The fish was fried good and it did taste good. I would prefer a different lady in the front with a more pleasant attitude for your customers. Being blk owned! Don’t make us look bad.

Went and got a 4 piece chicken and fries and added an extra piece of catfish. My fish was so hard I didn’t even eat it. The grease was so bad my chicken was horrible and my fries. It looked like everything was cooked together fries included. I projectile vomitted all over my car and it was literally chicken chunks. I will never go there again.

Unfortunately they tried to kill me with this food, and one of the workers made a comment that really bothered me. They blamed it on the fact that sometimes they have foreign employees cooking and they don’t cook like the “brothers”. I’d thought of giving it another try but after that comment, I’d just requested a refund. This is HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE! Imagine if I’d not known how the texture of chicken is supposed to be. Be careful and always check your food prior to leaving. I’ll NEVER BE EATING HERE AGAIN. It looked good and smelled great. Until the RAW CHICKEN WAS IN MY MOUTH. MIND YOU THEY DIDNT EVEN GIVE ME ALL OF MY MONEY BACK SMH! PROOF IN THE PHOTOS. UPDATE!!! After bringing awareness and urging others to CHECK THEIR FOOD ALWAYS, the owners did reach out to me and sent the rest of my money back. Unfortunately it took for my post to go viral to receive something that should have happened initially. Especially being that I’d left my phone number with the manager that made the mentioned comments above. PLEASE BE SURE TO ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FOOD!

My first time trying this out for lunch and was sadly disappointed. I really wanted to like the food here but I was not impressed. I ordered a catfish sandwich, onion rings and macaroni and cheese. The catfish batter wasn’t seasoned properly. The onion rings were ok. The macaroni and cheese was watery and runny. The menu said the Mac is supposed to be creamy but that was a lie! When I took it back, the manager argued that the Mac and cheese was creamy. I scooped a spoonful of Macaroni and cheese from my container to show him that the Macaroni and cheese was very soupy. He said he normally doesn’t take food back but allowed me to exchange the Macaroni and cheese for something else since it was my first time there. However, I received medium fries that were very greasy and too soft in exchange. At that point, I decided it wasn’t worth returning to the restaurant.
