This place is SO the best and the owner is a total gem! Service was warm and the food is outstanding! My boyfriend is a vegetarian and the Pho the owner made him genuinely had me questioning if I needed meat. I mean… I did because I wanted that fatty brisket, but I would have been just as happy with the veg version! which I always thought would be impossible with pho!
Anyway, go here.

Every ingredient was fresh and perfect. Service is excellent. The peanut sauce is uniquely good. All ingredients were fresh and bright. The Pho broth was flavorful in both the vegetarian bowl and the beef brisket bowl. The vegetables in the Pho were actually cooked and to perfection! Located within an adorable Spanish building by the mission in San Juan. The restaurant is very clean and well maintained. I will be back!
