I’ve been going here for 20+years. I normally enjoy it but recently I’ve been noticing a difference. The quantity is much smaller and the price is more. No more fortune cookies, no napkins. I understand inflation. What I don’t understand is why the woman behind the counter didn’t want to give me one more paper plate when my food was leaking through the single paper plate she already gave me. That’s really cheap and disappointing. I won’t be going there anymore. They just lost a customer of over 20 years.

My first time ordering from them …I usually order from new yan chun kitchen on straight path and I always order the same thing. Boneless spare ribs and pork fried rice.. my usual place charges 13$ for delivery and this place charged 16$. A 3$ delivery fee and both places are the same distance. When I gave the delivery driver a 20$ bill he began to walk away and I asked for 2$ back leaving him a 2$ tip. He was very pissy about it and then when he got to his car sped off… though the food is good I dont see why it cost 16$…my usual place charges 13$ and I get utensils, egg roll and sauces…this place i only got an eggroll…no napkins…no fork or spoon..not even a fortune cookie…never again will I order from here . Bad service.

Let’s be clear: this is not a fancy restaurant. Nothing about this place looks nice on the interior of the exterior. In that regard it’s your standard Chinese take out spot.
However, for a Chinese takeout spot, this one is the absolute best in the area. Friendly staff, really great food, and fast service. I go here all the time, and I have tried every other Chinese spot in the immediate area.
Highly recommend the Sesame Chicken and Chicken w/Broccoli. Egg rolls are also great!

I’ve been ordering here for the past three years and the food is great. But ordering for delivery has always been a problem with and RUSHED customer service. The lady is always RUDE and when asking if my order came with eggrolls and soda she yelled with attitude saying it was either or, and that she was really busy at the money for me to be choosing and hung up. I called back to get my order right and get what I ordered and what I WANT either soda or the rollls. She picked up and I explained that to her, she then again said she was the only one there to pick up orders and that she was really busy to provide me with service for MY ORDER and again hung up. The customer service here is horrible.

Not a good experience. Had a very difficult time just ordering with the person on phone and then of course wrong food was delivered despite my repetition of selections throughout the ordering process. It was our first time ordering here and I guess we are just to used to others we usually order from. Food was just eh. The general Tso was good and reminiscent of some we used to like elsewhere in the past. My husband said the egg roll was the worst he’s ever had as tgere was virtually no filling. Lo mein is weird and tastes like horseradish so that was a bust for what is usually my son’s favorite. I couldn’t eat much of my meal because it was wrong. Won’t be ordering again and with so many better options in Lindy, I’m annoyed we triwd something new and wasted the money here. Live and learn.

Clean establishment, culturally professional, and the food, in my opinion, is the best that I have had in the Lindenhurst area, which I will admit to had only tried 4 others. I am from the Bx & Bklyn & the food I feel will never match. We had the general tos chicken & their fried rice was on point. The rice was not dry but was perfectly fluffy. The chicken wings were also perfect, as they had enough flavor & tiny, as chicken wings should be. Overall, I give an 8 out of 10 for my experience. Also, I do not think the workers are rude. They are just not sociable. They focus on getting ppl their food & in/ out.

They delivered me sour food! Called after it was delivered and was rushed off the phone and dismissed me completely no remorse for giving me sour food or apology. They offered to send out my order again no reimbursement or discount for delivering me sour food! I order here all the time bc it’s the only decent place around here that delivers. They practically harass you for a tip when you deliver. Whenever they pick up the phone it’s an attitude and you’re rushed off the phone.
