First time ordering from WingStop. Staffed seemed a little confused on my order, but the food came on time. Only one thing I can say negatively, was watching one of the cooking staff openly sneezed (not covering her mouth) in the kitchen. Typically you would not like to see that when they are making orders. Luckily our food was already bagged.
Chicken tenders were pretty good. The Hot honey is a tasty, but overwhelming hot. The fries would of tasted better if they were put in a mixing bowl (tossed), instead of dumping Cajun seasoning on top (seasoning was good, but should be spread out evenly).

Arrived on late flight into Cleveland and needed something to eat on the way to my hotel. 15 minutes to closing and one employee was sitting at the counter on her phone and the other guy was cleaning and trying to hide in the back. Ordered some tenders and fries. Fries were ok but I was served tenders swimming in a cup of oil. Totally unacceptable, avoid this location and the lazy, uncaring, sloppy employees.

This Wingstop location refused to take anybody’s order as they solely focused on their digital orders, which was a grand total of 4. It looked like everybody in the kitchen was working, but nothing was getting done. Multiple groups of people would come in, be told it’ll be 3-5 minutes before they can take any orders, then leave after waiting 15+ minutes only to be told it’ll be another 3-5 minutes. The only way around actually getting our food was placing an online order so they would have to take our order. Also, the shift manager had her thumb in the bowl of someone’s order. No gloves, or washing hands between anybody’s order.

Little to no sauce on 40 boneless wings. We ordered 20 traditional wings and did not get one flat in the entire order. The cajun corn had no Cajun seasoning and it was old like it had been cooked over an hour prior to arriving. We found one long blonde hair in the wings, the manager said nobody there had blonde hair. One of the boneless wings was pink on the inside overall every single thing in this order was terrible we will never order from them again.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Genuinely the worst service any restaurant has ever given me. I understand it is fast food, but t least have the decency to not ignore me when I walk in? I was there around 11 pm on the night of September 27, 2025. I had ordered online several minutes prior. I walked in and there were a few guys working behind the counter, but when they saw me they all left and went to the back? I waited for a good 15 minutes but they just never came back out. I saw my order packaged and sitting on the shelf behind the counter, but I have manners and did not just hop over to grab it. After 15 minutes of waiting, I called out “excuse me?” loudly. No response. I did it again after 5 minutes, and one worker finally came out and gave me my order. Mind you this place closes at 1 am, it’s not like I went it 5 minutes before closing, I did not do anything that gave them a reason to treat me like this. They just saw me walk in and then hid in the back for 20 minutes. I got home and my food was disgustingly greasy, not like regular fast food level greasy, but bathing in a layer and puddle of grease because of how long it had just been sitting on the shelf. After reading the reviews (an average of 2.4 stars is crazy, never seen any restaurant so low in this area), I truly hope this place closes down soon if they do not make changes to their terrible service.

Horrible experience. Staff was so rude and disrespectful. I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life when ordering food. I placed my online order and I came in and this one guy in particular was very disrespectful. When I asked if my order was ready he had horrible attitude. I was sacred to ask agian after another few minutes and I asked my father to go up and this dude stood up and ignored my father. He went over to the kitchen area and started to aggressively prepare our food. I understand being frustrated at your job but there is a time and a place. I have never seen someone with such disrespect and aggression ever. I have ordered from here before through Uber Eats never in person and I will not be going back. One of the workers also dropped some of our fries on the floor and he picked it up and still put it in our food. I was genuinely shocked about this experience. Horrible.

Very slow crew (only 2 cooking) and 1 older tall African make just sitting down and playing on the computer even when it’s busy. The store is very small and now ventilated at all. Very smokey and you will leave smelling like you worked there for 8 hours.

I called this location to place an order the store employee hung up while I was conveying my order. I called back 4 times and the rep continued hanging up. Being on route to the location, I drove there. The phone was ringing while I walked in, he was sitting in a chair playing on his laptop. Only employee, asked his name, he stated that he was the GM and didn’t need to tell me his name. I asked him why did he hang up. Claimed it was the phone, then asked me what I wanted. No apology, just said that he kept rejecting the call. I asked him why? I never once raised my voice, he accused me of yelling at him and refused service. This middle aged male needs some serious customer service training.

I flew into Cleveland from Phoenix at midnight. North Olmsted is lame nothing is open but fast food past midnight. Came upon Wingstop, went inside to see Chris working by himself working harder. I never been here before. Chris was AWESOME helped me pick a good selection. After I paid I decided to get more food and Chris was totally about it making me more food before closing. North Olmsted might be LAME but Chirs isn’t.

I’m not one to write a bad review but here we are. I went with my sister saturday January 4th 2025 at 7:10pm. We walked in and it was super smoky. There were 3 guys in the kitchen with no gloves and a manager sitting down cashing out tickets. I placed my order with her and she seemed irritated that I was placing an order and not picking up one placed online. I ordered the boneless meal deal with 5 of each: Louisiana rub, hickory smoked bbq, lemon pepper, and Hawaiian and 2 small fountain drinks. She told me my total and walked away but I was paying cash so I waited for her to come back a few minutes later and asked if they took cash. She seemed incredibly inconvenienced even though it was 5 hours before closing time and kept mumbling about how me paying in cash was ruining her register. After a few minutes of hassling with that she gives me my change and cups for drinks and dissappear again. I got my drinks and waited for probably 30 minutes and she still did not return, which caused a customer to have to wait 10 minutes before one of the kitchen guys helped her. The food was alright but instead of the Hawaiian wings they gave us buffalo. If I had to eat somewhere on Lorain I’d just cross the street or go to the wingstop by crocker.
