Came in to buy food for the family, the lady who is cashier is very rude. She seemed like she didn’t want to be there, she had an attitude and it started to show when she got impatient that i didn’t place my order quick enough, the chowmein i got was plain and had absolutely no flavor!? I think it’s just boiled and thrown in, it came with old cabbage drenched in teriyaki sauce, but no matter how much sauce it had, it still tasted like old cabbage water, the meat tasted ok, but it was very chewy as if it was just sitting there for a while, i also ordered a soup, they put a 40 cent maruchan ramen block with broth and a very small portion of meat , it was supposed to be spicy , but that soup was bland, luckily i took the food home and was able to put some seasoning, i personally wouldn’t recommend this spot as it is 20$ a plate more or less, the cashier also skipped me and gave other customers their food first i was waiting in there for 30 minutes!, the service , food and overall attention to quality in this place isn’t good and it’s just not worth it, if you care about your food and money don’t come here

This is the best hole in the wall restaurant for teriyaki food in Glendale!!! Been coming here for roughly 15 years and will continue to go till their last day. I always get the shrimp chowmein but the chicken and beef is really good too! Their teriyaki sauce is home made and sooo good! What I like about this place is that food is made to order. It’s not like Panda Express that sometimes has food sitting for a while. I mean it’s not bad once in a blue moon but mitzees is way better especially on the rainy days lol. If your thinking about going but unsure, don’t hesitate, pull the trigger. And when you go, make sure to leave a review. Allot of us now a days go by reviews.
When you go, make sure you ask questions just to be sure your not allergic to anything or whatever.
Small plate is $8 and change and large I think $10. Almost everyone, I get the $8 because it’s good portions and pretty filling.
Also, it might not look like they have a bathroom but they do. It’s all the way to the back and thru the door, you’ll see it.
Stop by, you won’t regret it, I promise!

So sad they’ve lost the touch, it used to be my favorite. They have become bland and the portions are not worth the money. The spicy sauce isnt spicy anymore, and they give you like 5 dry pieces of chicken. Horrible experience sadly .

food was horrid, I got what was supposed to be Mongolian beef. It was a stir fry of rice, noodles, veg, bland nasty beef and random sauce with no flavor. I took 2 bites and tossed the rest. Nasty

The chow mein noodles were over cooked and the meat was alright it was grilled well done with just some teriyaki sauce that isn’t too salty, gladly, and the kimchi is ok, missing that sourness. All in all the good things were the rice that came with my meal and the hot sauce has no flavor but sure packs spice. I was looking for something better & different to Yoshinoya but even they are better.

Good taste and generous portions. The shrimp and chicken were our favorites. All good options though.

Ordered chicken and beef teriyaki. The picture on the menu above cashier looks appealing. What I received was not good by any measure. The noodles especially were disappointing.
