Holy BBQ. This place is the best side of the road BBQ I’ve ever had. Brisket is tender and packed with flavor. The greens are delicious and I can’t say enough about the pulled pork potato. Desserts are amazing with the best bread pudding I’ve had. Owner and staff are very kind and friendly. Give this place a try. His sauce is home made as is everything else. Very happy tummy and wished I lived closer.

We love this place. This was our second time eating here. The staff is so friendly, including the owner. The food is incredible and amount you get for the price is terrific. So far, my favorite is the brisket plate We have recommended this place to our friends and can’t wait to take some of them here! (Photo is of the brisket plate with cheesy potatoes and baked beans.)

Got the Brisket sandwich and my girl got the pulled pork with both of us getting the potato salad and coleslaw. Both Brisket and Pulled pork are so very tender and full of great flavor and then you add Tim’s sauce, OMG, very good.

So glad we decided to stop. We’re from the New Orleans area which has 4-5 great bbq restaurants. Sticky Sauce did not disappoint! The brisket was excellent and the portions were generous. Brought home some leftovers from the Brisket plate besides buying an additional pound of brisket to go! We will make Sticky Sauce bbq a routine stop when passing through.

Why have I not eaten here til today? I was completely surprised how clean, friendly, and well put this establishment is. I ordered the rib plate and smoke chicken plate. So flavorful and juicy, someone knows what they are doing here. I love how you get the subtle Smokey flavor throughout the chicken. The ribs were perfectly seasoned, I did not use the sauce at all. I appreciated those ribs for all its glory and it was plentiful portions. My sides included Mac and cheese, cheesy potatoes, potato salad, and coleslaw (was not mushy). I enjoyed everything. Those 2 plate fed 2 of us with lots of leftovers. So not bad spending $30 for quality, taste, great service and I will be back! Hands down the best Bbq I’ve had in many years.
