Passing through Waxahachie on a business trip, I ordered a smoothie and breakfast wrap from this location. I’ve always been a fan of Tropical Smoothie, so I thought I’d go for some of their food. I was not disappointed; the smoothie was delicious and the wrap was tasteful. When I pass through again, I’ll be sure to give the açaí bowls a try!

Tropical Smoothie Cafe never disappoints! My absolute favorite is the Cherry Berry Protein with whey — it’s the perfect balance of sweet and refreshing. I sub out the turbinado for ginger and add lime, and it takes it to the next level. The ginger gives it a clean, subtle kick and the lime adds just the right amount of brightness. It tastes fresh, energizing, and not overly sweet.
The staff is always friendly, service is quick, and everything tastes consistently great. Whether you’re grabbing something post-workout or just want a healthier option that actually tastes amazing, this place is a win every time. Highly recommend!

The workers here are great, and the place is clean but the owner is absolutely a piece of work. Treats his employees so horrible and puts on a front in front of customers but behind closed doors is completely different. Based off of him alone I would never come back to tropical smoothie cafe. Treat your employees better!!

I ordered food to this location by accident back on January 5th and I am still dealing with customer service to get my money back.
When I realized I had ordered it to the wrong location, I called immediately and told them not to make it and they hadn’t started making. I tried canceling it through the app but that wasn’t an option and the person I talked to at the Waxahachie location told me they couldn’t cancel it on their end. So I’ve been going back and forth with customer service since then and all they keep saying is that they’ll contact the Waxahachie store for the refund.

Yall need to give these people a raise in here! This is the best tropical smoothie I’ve ever been too! They make my awesome chocolate take away the chocolate add peanut butter magnificent everytime! Their customer service is top tier literally the third time I’ve been here and they make my spirit feel good! <3 never know what people are going through, being kind to others takes you so far! Friendly, positive nice staff!

This is the ABSOLUTE BEST experience I’ve ever had in a drive thru, so fun!! Thanks to Eric, I ordered ahead using my free smoothie reward and wanted to order another but he was so accommodating and friendly! I searched on the menu for a minute but they were so patient and helpful. I ordered the southwest wrap, hummus wrap, chia banana smoothie and the Bahama mama substitute coconut for mango! Chick-fil-A has big competition because the customer service was STELLAR! Thank you Eric!

Visited this new smoothie shop with my grandchildren this weekend. Greeted immediately upon entering. Super place. Kids and I both enjoyed the sandwiches and smoothies very much. The food quality, presentation and portions were just right. Very clean new place which is doing an outstanding job getting things right considering they are brand new. Definitely going back to enjoy some quality sandwiches.

I am not sure of the name of the young lady who helped us but we went to Tropical Cafe on 01/07/26 at 8:41pm and she was phenomenal. Great customer service, patient, knowledgeable and just a joy. The service was fast and friendly and the smoothies and açaí bowls were delicious. I highly recommend this place
