I usually try not to be that guy and write reviews, but as someone who used to be a service manager it’s pretty sad to see how the quality for Chipotle has gone down overall.
The lobby:
As you see from my photos the lobby was a mess as I sat and ate my food. I sat here for about 15-20 mins during non peak hours(it’s 4:30) to see if the cashier or manager would clean and tidy up. They could be using this time to restock, clean, and getting ready for the dinner rush.
The food:
Chipotle is pretty consistent. You really can’t mess up the recipes too much, but the chicken and guac was missing salt.
The bathroom:
The pictures tell the story.
The employees:
Youthful and friendly, but yet seemed tired and annoyed.
Like I said previously it’s pretty sad seeing a company that I used to enjoy eating at and love working at digging it’s own grave. It’s not just this location, but all Chipotle locations I have been to in the previous months. Hopefully they can find the root of their downfall and turn things around.

Terrible service, unprofessional staff. Super small portions, when asked for more lettuce (since it was so little) the staff just responded rudely. Do not come here, there are other locations.

Not a pleasant visit. Rice was under-cooked. They were out of sauted veggies. On asking if they will refill, they said they were not going to as they ran out of them. Don’t know how they don’t keep track of veggies in stores like Chipotle. We really love veggies in our bowl. Also, the meat portion was literally half the spoon they serve with which was not the standard portion. Only good thing was when we asked to put whatever veggies were at the bottom of the vessel, he politely did it. Disappointed visit all together.

Rice was horrible, its like they seasoned it will too much salt and lime. It was not edible at all. Quality of the rice was also too sticky and slimy. I was really disappointed.

I ordered a steak bowl from Chipotle today. As you can see from the picture I posted (I took the picture on the casher counter table), it contained less than half of the amount of food I usually got. I also added Guatemola, but I think it’s about 2 teaspoon. So I showed it to the manager, James, and told him that what he said was that the served amount you bought so far was wrong and the served amount that is in here is correct. In the future, he will train their employees to serve the exact amount. There’s really no way around it. I don’t know what to say that the served amount I’ve eaten once or twice a week for decades is the wrong amount and the exact amount I eat today. Today will be the last day of my life to visit Chipotle.

7-1-19 This comment for this visit only. This Chipotle had key ingredients missing, no guac, no fajita mix, no lettuce, no corn,no sour cream and no bowl to put it in… Very dissapointing place. As always, explore and post your food experience whether Good or like here, not so good.###
-Update another visit. 9-14-19. Same thing with the ingredients above. But they did have corn this time. This really is the worst place to be at Chipotle store 2002 el camino real 95050. Especially when the 5 other people to whom ordered that I had to bring food to will be commenting as well.

I usually enjoy Chipotle, but my recent visit was frustrating. The portion sizes were shockingly small — barely half a spoon of each item, which felt like I was being rationed rather than served a meal I paid for. When I politely asked about it, the staff responded with dismissive attitudes and made me feel like I was the problem for expecting a standard portion.
Customer service was honestly a joke. No effort to listen or correct the issue — just eye-rolls and poor attitude. For a brand that prides itself on customer experience, this was a major letdown. Definitely rethinking my next visit.

Been here a few times and can say that this has been the worst chipotle I have been to. The last and worst experience so far was when I came in at 7. They were out of lettuce, chips, guac, napkins, utensils and the ice machine was out. Workers seemed to not care. Also they have always been really stingy with meat portions. I just didn’t feel satisfied with this location.
