This was absolutely a special day for me. On New Year Day I drove from NC to Virginia due to the Facebook advertisement. The food was incredible! The owner was so sweet, informative, and gentle. I didn’t feel rushed to order, or anything. She even gave me samples of so many things, and it was delicious. My favorite part about it was buying extras. The menstrual oil, hemp soap, black soap, and perfume oils. I LOVE this place. The food was HOT & FRESH! I was shocked most vegan food come cold or luke warm. I will return and to spend so much more than what I spent the last time. I did NOT take pictures of most of the food because I ate it so quickly lol sorry.

Wonderful owner, excellent service, and delicious food! Wish I could visit more regularly. Owner always has a beautiful smile that welcomes you, and her menu is not only delicious but offers a nice variety. As much as I desire to try other things on her menu, I can’t get past the egg rolls, the jackfruit BBQ sandwich w/cole slaw on the side, and the hot, tasty tater tots! The chik’n and mushroom alfredo is also one of my favorites, as well as her desserts! Give Mother Nature’s Soul Food Vegan restaurant a try – You won’t be disappointed. This is my second time eating her food…the first was when my wife brought me some to try. We showed a little before closing but she was so kind to go ahead and let us order. The big Mac tasted just like the real thing…but bigger! The collars are to die for and the okra was scrumptious. The Mac and cheese was good but not my cup of tea. And to finish it off…strawberry cake! Now here is the catch…all vegan, no gluten, no sugar. What?!? Yes…amazing!

I love oxtail so much but rarely order it anywhere because I’ve tasted some of the best ever made. Until today! Who would’ve ever dreamed that the best oxtail I ever tasted would’ve been made from plants alone! Incredible! Wanda nailed the flavor, texture, savory aftertaste and aroma perfectly. So delicious. I’m finishing up and I’m telling you this is gonna do very well in my body. So healthy and so scrumptious. My husband ordered the veggie burger. He’s the connoisseur of veggie burgers and he was super happy and we both look forward to coming back… Again and again! Our sides and sauces were also fantastic! Thank you Wanda for sharing your culinary skills and talents with the world, and for your kind and welcoming heart. It has been a wonderful dining experience and a wonderful evening. This is my favorite vegan spot within hundreds of miles of our home. Her menu is always changing and evolving – she is so creative and innovative! Her food is delicious and obviously made with love. Every time I eat here it’s a positive experience. Even my kids love it! We eat here often and will continue doing so for as long as she is in business. She is the sweetest, kindest person I’ve ever met in the food industry and I’m deeply grateful for this plant based establishment. It’s the best place in all of Lynchburg to get quick hot comfort food.

Mother nature soul food vegan is one of the most consistently good and healthy food options in Lynchburg. The owner is welcoming and kind. The food is always delicious. I am not vegan, however I always enjoy her meals. The service is always good and I am grateful for all they offer. Please give their food a try and treat yourself to an incredible meal!

I honestly thought this was a scam because VEGAN food in LYNCHBURG? It’s unheard of. And I could not be happier to have this place nearby. The food was incredible. I make food at home for just me usually, and this tasted just as good, without the hassle and the issue with having too many leftovers. The prices make sense to me, too. Highly reasonable. The service was fast and honest and beyond what I usually encounter in the area. I am rooting SO HARD for them, and I love to see people coming in and out of there. I’m so happy they’re here. I can’t wait to try everything else on the menu. (The tater tots were banging, even if that’s all you get.) Eat here, please.

We were passing through town and were stoked to find this vegan restaurant. BEST food we’ve had in a long time! Even omnis would appreciate the flavor and size of the meals. The owner is super nice and noticed we were newcomers, gifting us with a couple (amazing) egg rolls. We can tell she cooks each meal with love! Will definitely be coming back.
