Where do I start. The food, amazing! The people, beyond phenomenal! The vibes were homey, warm, and inviting.

My partner and I ordered Chicken Korma, the lamb burger, and chicken 65. All of which we were pleased with and found amazing.

The chicken korma was a type of curry new to me, which seemed to be made primarily with Lentil or Chickpeas. It was seasoned, and not oily. Just flavored perfectly! Highly recommend.

The lamb burger was delicious, neatly prepared. A nice mayo sauce and chutney allowed for a unique taste. The lamb burger itself was fresh and seasoned with a desi twist.

The chicken 65 was saucy, not too oily, and filled with flavor. Very different from other Indian restaurants in the area but reminded me of something I would make or eat at home! Loved it.

The owner was very inviting and friendly! He made sure we were taken care of while eating! Very kind person.

Just an add on: One of the cooks was one of the most lovely aunties ever, she was so kind to me and my partner!

Definitely will be back and recommend!

I came here to pick up food for my lunch break and I was very surprised how nice it was in there. The man at the counter was so sweet and offered me water while I waited for my food because he thought it was hot outside. It wasn’t but it was super sweet. He also opened the door for me when I got the food. I wanted to write this review simply for that man and how nice the place was.

Now that I’m home and trying the food. I have Zero complaints other than wishing the curry was spicier but that’s fine. The food is delicious! And they took note of removing onions from one orders. I got the yucca fries, butter chicken medium spice, two samosas and the channa masala with samosas. The chicken is high quality and in nice slices. Everything is wonderful and I’m mad at myself for not coming here sooner. We live practically across the street!

I definitely want to come back and sit at their little bar for a beer or two with my yucca fries!

One more thing to note. Some Indian restaurants are super oily and heavy. This wasn’t. It felt a lot healthier without lost flavor or anything. It’s perfect. Thank you!

Visited Pataka for the first time for 2 friends and we loved it. The owner and chef, Sreenath came out to chat and told us he was the main chef at the upscale restaurant East India Company in downtown Portland for many years, a place I had a high regard for, and opened this place last year. We ordered Gobi 65, Veg dum biryani, saag paneer tacos and masala chicken fries, and masala chai. We loved it all. It has a very real and trendy feel to it. Definitely will be coming here frequently.

I love to find places where they know how to cook!! With passion, love, knowledge, and experience. I am really thankful to the excellent chef Sreenath for opening up a great fusion restaurant perfect for my taste and even my children’s as well.
Note: the mango iced cream is incredible and homemade!!! If you like mango Lassie, you’ll love it. You have to try it!

This place has one of the best biryanis iv ever had, I had the goat biryani which was full of flavor and tender meat. Atmosphere is nice, clean, and culturally decorated. Great customer service! Overall quality of food and place was excellent! Definitely recommend to anyone, especially desi people missing home food! They also have fresh Paya if ordered advance. Cant recommend enough!!

The paneer burger is excellent- perfectly charred and the slaw is flavorful. Probably the only item on the menu that was good. Biryani was dry. Fries were scanty and the potatoes were not cooked well. Tacos and Gobi Manchurian was ok.

They served food on PAPER plates – that too not the good quality ones so the paper from the plates sticks to the food making it uneatable.

The prices are very high for a restaurant serving mediocre food on paper plates with a few small fans for ventilation.

Amazing samosas! Gobi masala is perfect, vegetable dum biryani felt fresh and tasted suoerb! Great chicken burger and loved fries. Very nice chai. For paneer burger we swapped bun with corn tacos for gluten free personal preference. Great good and friendly service.

Ordered about $80 worth of takeout. It comfortably fed 4 people with leftovers. Everything was fantastic. We did the lamb tacos, chicken tacos, and a couple of curries along with the garlic naan. Excellent food. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing dining experience at Pattaka Indian Cuisine, where we tried a variety of dishes, including butter chicken, naan, corn masala, chicken 65, gulab jamun, and handmade kulfi.

The butter chicken was rich, creamy, and packed with flavor, with perfectly tender chicken pieces. The naan was fresh, soft, and the perfect complement to the butter chicken’s sauce. The corn masala was a pleasant surprise, offering a great balance of sweetness and spice, making for a unique and delicious vegetarian dish.

For appetizers, we had chicken 65, which was crispy, well-seasoned, and had just the right amount of heat—an absolute must-try. To end our meal on a sweet note, the gulab jamun was warm, soft, and perfectly soaked in syrup, while the handmade kulfi was creamy, authentic, and a fantastic way to finish off our meal.

Beyond the food, the ambience at Pattaka Indian Cuisine was warm and inviting, and the service was friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we can’t wait to return to try more dishes! Highly recommended for anyone craving great Indian food in Beaverton.

We ordered Chicken Tikka Masala and Hyderabadi Dum Chicken Biryani, along with Gobi Masala and a couple mango lassi. It all was amazing, showed up quick and the chef even came out to check if all of the food is alright. This will definitely become one of our regular restaurants and we highly recommend it to everyone.
