Toasted subs are always ice cold. Why don’t they heat the steak up before toasting like they used to at EVERY other subway? I put in notes to make sure its hot and mention to the employees and always get the same rude excuse that they toasted it. Maybe update or fix your toaster then

The restaurant is kept clean, and the staff are very polite and patient with my kids, and put together excellent sandwiches.

I ordered a chicken teriyaki bowl. Normally bowl is full and delicious. Imagine my surprise when I opened the bowl and saw this. Very disappointed. Was only one other customer in store, not busy.

My sandwich was ok but the price was ridiculous. I will just go to the grocery store and get a weeks worth of sandwiches for the same price. Google maps says 40 percent off on an order but I didn’t get a discount. I don’t want to install your dumb app on my phone.

Kim is rude as hell and so is Lex, arguing with me in front of everyone and the place was dirty with flies all over the food products! Disgusting, both women and the facility!

I ordered a footlong tuna sandwich on whole grain (my favorite) bread, delicious! The tuna was fresh, which is a plus for me! Adrian took really good care of me! She’s an awesome sandwich artist. Very nice and professional.

I ordered through the app and figured I would use the store right by my work that way it would be a quick pick up and go home. I was wrong! I get home and both of my sandwiches where made backwards. I call the store and the employee tried to gaslight me by saying that my sandwiches were correct. They absolutely were not when I was literally looking at the sandwiches and the receipt. She started getting snarky with me then proceeded to tell me to bring the sandwiches back and they will remake them then hungup no see you then or goodbye. I had to drive 20 minutes there for them to stare at me threw their window for 5 minutes whenever I was the only customer there. One employee finally came out and took a look at them. They finally admitted to them being wrong but they certainly didn’t look like they wanted to make the sandwich again cause they almost messed up again when I watched them. They finally get done and I still never got an apology for the inconvenience! Never will go there again!

Where to start!! The employees were NOT nice at all they didn’t say a word and then expected a tip at the end when we went to pay. The lady who came out the back to help opened the door and looked at her gloves and just wiped them on her shirt. The second lady was handling olives and banana peppers and then finished making my sandwich without switching gloves. Would not recommend.

My husband and I decided to go to Subway for dinner last night. As my husband was placing his order I noticed the metal covering over the meat and cheese. When it was open it blocked your view so you could not see the meats and cheeses or what they are putting on it. As I looked at the veggie area I noticed that we could see all the veggies with no blocked view. I then asked the clerk is this metal covering supposed to
keep customers from seeing meats, cheeses, and the starting of your sandwich. Her response to that was, THAT IS EXACTLY WHY IT IS THERE. This made me wonder why dont Subway want you to
see the meats and sandwich prep area, or perhaps they are trying to hide something. Or perhaps the meats are not as fresh as they claim. Then again you might not be getting what you are paying for.
I found the clerk to be very flippant, and seemed to be agitated by my questions about other products on the menu. Did I mention I am legally blind and I had to ask for help seeing the menu
This experience hasme thinking I am not going back to subway .
