Put in an order through DoorDash at 5:30. Called an hour and a half later to check in on our pizza. A woman answered and stated that the pizza was given to the dasher. The dasher messaged back and stated she had been waiting for the food and it was never sent out. Called back again to inform the woman that the pizza was not sent out and that the dasher is still waiting. She continued to argue otherwise. The worker finally admitted that it was never sent out. She was extremely rude about it. I asked her for at least a refund after waiting on a pizza for almost two hours. She said, “fine, I guess I will give you a refund.” Immature and unreliable service from the employee. At least we got the refund.

Finally decided to try Jimmy’s . Easy to order online. You can pay extra for alternative sauces and crusts but i chose standard thin crust and red sauce. I went with the Jimmy’s Super Deluxe. Hot, fast and DELICIOUS. Great, friendly customer service. It’s also right next to the bike trail and picnic area. I’ll be back!

TERRRRIBLE customer service!!
Refused to correct order or issue a refund and threatened to call the police.
Literally the worst place to get pizza within a 30 mile radius.
Do NOT recommend.

I ordered the southwest egg rolls cause I was curious if they were good. For $10 I feel you should get more than 2 tiny burnt ones. Their food has gone way down hill. Save yourself time and money and run the other way.

I made a mistake while ordering online – I selected the delivery option straight from google engine and proceeded to the next part of the ordering process and some how skipped over the other option to select delivery again and hit confirm. After an hour or so I realized I made a mistake and the order was placed for pick up. I called the store, I spoke to a gentleman explaining it was my fault but if they can deliver it to me regardless I would appreciate it he said that was possible and that it may be another 30 min. I asked if he thought the pizza would be cold by then and He generously offered to remake my order, I said no I felt bad because it was my mistake. Then some woman gets on the phone and asks “why are we doing this for you” x2 I was caught off guard by her attitude. She explained what she would have to do to redo the order which sounded like a lengthy process and she seemed annoyed by the fact that this was happening. I apologized for it being a pain in the ass she then said “no we love this” in a sarcastic manner and I said wow you are something else, again caught off guard by her attitude, she then sarcastically apologized for me thinking she was being sarcastic. I decided to come pick up the pizza I leaned over the counter to show her my phone and how the mistake was made so maybe she could understand how I messed up my order and she continued to have an off putting attitude leaning in closer to me as a poor intimidation tactic with a smug look on her face, I then mimicked her with the same attitude asked for a refund she refused to do it with me in the store. I just wanted my refund and she refused and threatened to call the police ON ME?! By All means I wish she would’ve seeing she has an assault on her record. Then blacklisted me from ordering here, fine by me I don’t ever want to give my business to any establishment that treats people this way. ITS PIZZA FOR CRYING OUT LOUD ITS NOT THAT SERIOUS. Tim and Patty if you are still owners of this location I’m sorry you have employees like this, not just an employee- a manager. I see this is not the first time your manager has been argumentative and threatened to call the police on innocent customers. I feel validated by these reviews because I just couldn’t wrap my head around this whole situation.

Food was cold. The gal on the phone was a B. The second delivery driver was absolutely rude! The first guy was nice. We had to have a second because whoever lines up the pizzas for delivery messed up. Probably won’t order from you guys again. First time I’ve ordered. It was not worth the money.
