I’ve been eating at Aria Fusion for about 15 years. The food is amazing. Sushi, Pad Tai, Sesame Chicken, the Cerviche pictured is fantastic. They could be a little friendlier on a consistent basis, which has affected some reviews. However, they aren’t rude. Overall, we love the food and it’s worth going to as often as we can.

First time eating here, just moved to the area. We ordered the chicken hibachi meal, goyza dumplings and a California roll. Food was just ok. Atmosphere was small, but nice and quiet. Service is another story. Ordered on DoorDash, waited 15-20 minutes before walking over (2 minute walk from my place), then sat and waited for OVER 45 minutes in the store. It was a Sunday and there was 1 group of 3 people in the entire restaurant. More and more people came after us and waited at the front for just as long and I’m assuming longer since we left first. Not sure if they were under staffed, maybe there was a problem with DoorDash, etc. Unsure if I would return.

The food is AMAZING – one of the best Asian fusion I’ve had! Be patient if you go here – staff is totally overwhelmed with all the customers getting takeout, delivery service and regular diners. The dumpling soup is unbelievable. Lobster tempura roll was “fire” according to my son.

So I walk in and it’s extremely hot. It’s 80° outside and they do not have on the AC at all inside the store so I said there’s no AC she said no the AC is not working at the moment so I said OK if the AC is not working at the moment, I’m not going to stay here. She says hold on and then she turns on the air conditioner but it’s already so hot in the store that it’s like I don’t feel anything. I had to just ask for a box to take my food to go eventually because I couldn’t take it any longer. I guess they are trying to save on the electric because there weren’t any other customers at the moment

Ordered takeout. Waited over a half hour past the time I was told to come in to pick up the order. Food was cold and terrible. Baby back ribs were very overcooked, dry and inedible. Plus there was a hair in the container. Spring rolls were not crispy at all and very cold. The place is totally unorganized and disheveled. Will not be returning. Spent a $100 and it was a total waste of money.

Fresh sushi and delicious Poke Bowl. Also tried the Beef Kung Pao with Cashews. Fast & Efficient service. Will definitely come back, specially for the Lunch Specials (they have a long list of options)

So-so at best. My favorites are the soups. Sushi is average, everything else is satisfactory. The tables always seem to have a film on them and tend to be sticky. The bathroom had a foul chemical odor. The place is never busy when I’m there, maybe 2-3 tables are occupied out of 15 tables. Portions are great but a bit pricy. It seems like they may do a bigger takeout than dine-in. In a nut shell if your are craving sushi and this is the closest place then go for it. Otherwise, weigh all your options.

Making some money on the side delivering food. It’s been 15 minutes and not one employee has greeted me or asked me how I could be helped. I said hello to a waiter, he gave me sign saying hold on but never checked on what I wanted after. Phone has been ringing off the hook, and no one bothers to answer it. Waiter from before just took an order of someone at the sushi bar who walked in after me. There’s a couple by the door who’s been waiting to be seated for at least ten minutes as well.
I don’t know the status of the food I’m picking up. I let the customer know this, and they chose to call the restaurant for me to get an update. That was 8:34, they were told it’d be ready soon. Let’s see… it’s now 8:44… 8:54… 9:04. Just got a text from the customer, they’re going to cancel it.
All I know, is I’ll never eat here or recommend it to anyone. EVER!
