Oooo yeah this is a definite return before I start to say this is our first time there. Flavorful hits every bite. We had the Bibimbap Bulgogi Beef with Crunchy Chicken Bao Buns as an appetizer. Mango Fruit Tea with and without Boba. We came about 8pm everything served hot and fresh. Great service Clean restaurant. Bill came to $60 for meal, app and drinks. We will be returning.

It was my first time ordering and I won’t be coming back. I only ordered a drink and 1 egg roll. There were only 2 customers in front of me dining in.
Not only did the wait time take 20 minutes, I had already received my drink. Upon checking in on the wait for my eggroll, I kindly asked to swap my boba drink while I wait because it was too sweet regardless of requesting 25% ratio. The drink tasted like straight syrup at 125%.
Instead of accommodating my request, I was told I needed to wait again because there are several orders that needed to be filled. Mind you new orders coming in. I told them never mind I won’t be coming back.
Terrible service for someone who paid in person for an eggroll and a drink.
If you want diabetes with a dash of long wait time, come here. Not a good look for a first time customer. Go to Lotte Market instead, a lot more customers, better quality, and faster service even for a busy day

The food quality and service has been consistently high when I visit this location. My favorite thing to get is the lunch special of chicken teriyaki. It’s a great portion size and very reasonably priced. I will keep coming back!

Love their wings! Crunchy and just the right amount of sauce. Japchae (chicken with glass noodles-stir fry ) was tasty and not soggy. Boba was awesome!

Exceeds expectations since it comes off as just a basic boba shop.
If you only order boba we’re missing out. Try the food, you won’t be disappointed

I had order in store and carried out. I ordered the chicken sandwich with fries and 8pc sweet chili chicken wings with fried rice. I ate the chicken sandwich, to be honest it wasn’t good. It had 2 small pieces of fried chicken. The chicken tasted like it was deep fried to long or if I was been sitting out because it was dry. The fries, something, tasted like they were fried to long and had no taste but grease. I didn’t even eat them except for a few. The fried chicken wings were ok. The flavor was good but same issues as the chicken sandwich meat, tasted old ot r that it had deep fried to long.. to came to this place because I was in the are and I love Korean fried chicken spots. I love trying new spots but food itself caught me off guard because the ratings are so great. The service was good and quick. No complaints there but since I was carrying out im soley grading this place by its food. I most likely won’t be giving this place second chance.

It’s a very tasty lunch option when shopping in Wesley Chapel/New Tampa. Don’t pass this one up if you love crispy Korean fried chicken.
It’s in the Shoppes at New Tampa off of Bruce B. Downs Blvd. There’s plenty of parking despite being so close to Publix. The seating area inside is somewhat limited. The plushies around the counter are cute. They have boba drinks. I didn’t get to try any of them.
It’s known more for the KFC, but it was the japchae that was the star of the show. I ordered it with bulgogi. Best decision ever! It was loaded with veggies & meat. I’ve only had japchae 3 times at other Korean restaurants in the bay area. This one is my favorite (by far). I’d go back just for this dish.
The soy garlic fried chicken strips were good. I got the lunch special. I love that it’s so crispy. The crispiest I’ve had in the area. Just choose wisely on the type of chicken. I usually get wings or drumsticks. The strips are white meat chicken, and somewhat dry. Maybe because it’s double-fried white meat. That’s the only negative. I would get the same flavor again, but in a different form. The French fries were great.
The service was excellent! We were greeted right away and offered a menu. The menu has too many items to list, and many that I want to try next time. The portion sizes are very generous. The prices are affordable. I wish we had a place like this in Brandon.

Stopped at this location for the first time to grab a bite, and let’s just say Sweet Krunch never disappoints! They always have the best customer service and such delicious items on the menu to choose from. Can’t forget about their Boba, which is amazing both their milk teas, and fruit teas. I bring friends here all the time and it’s always the best. If you have not stopped by yet, you definitely have to!

I was stationed in Korea in the 80’s abs there was a fried chicken plane outside of the base I was at. The best I’ve ever had, until going to Sweet Krunch. I got mine to go, ordering the chicken legs and my favorite dish…Japchae. The soy garlic chicken and crunchy outside is delicious and the Japchae on point. The service was excellent, and they have dine in as well. It’s a small diner feel, but I personally think they could be bigger. I’ll definitely be back.

I tried milk tea, fried chicken wings and Korean entrees. Def recommend the classic milk tea, the price is cheaper than other boba tea stores and it comes with one topping that you choose. It tastes really good.
Wings have sweet chili, spicy and soy garlic flavors, I tried all of them and they all taste not bad. Spicy one is not too spicy and my favorite is sweet chili.
It’s very tidy and clean inside, they make the boba tea in front of you. It’s very clean.
I think the best is their service, even though you order takeout, they give you good services.
