I went to Uncle Dave’s for breakfast and it didn’t disappoint. Nice and clean atmosphere. Our waitress was friendly and I love that it’s a family owned business. The homemade sausage and pork belly were great. Sweet cream pancakes hit the spot and there was an optional spicy maple syrup that was a nice touch. I can’t wait to try their bbq for lunch or dinner. My only regret is I didn’t get to try the eggs benedict that went by our table looking fabulous.

There are two entrances. The main entrance for the restaurant and takeout was to the left and the other entrance was for the tavern side. They were both connected but next time we will enter through the left.
Pretty good ribs but they seemed to have a very thick layer of rub on the surface, enough that you could scrape it off, which is what my wife did. They were out of plain hush puppies and only had jalapeno ones. They said they would bring us some but they never did. It was not that busy in the middle of the afternoon but service still seemed a little slow, very friendly, but slow.

The servers are always friendly and helpful. The lunch menu, while limited is absolutely delicious. Don’t get me started on the brisket and wings. Absolutely to die for!

It’s a pretty big restaurant with a smaller bar area attached. The food was good (for the burger I had) and the Mac&Cheese on the side were okay. They tasted more like flour than cheese.
Service was done by a very friendly lady though the service altogether was a bit chaotic this night. And they forgot the blue cheese I ordered.

I never would’ve thought to get breakfast here. I thought my friend was crazy when she mentioned it. Boy, was I wrong!! I have never eaten a better tasting breakfast and the portions were huge! The eggs were so fluffy and flavorful, the pork belly was seasoned and cooked to perfection and the huge biscuits…!!!! I’m salivating all over again! RUN HERE TO GET YOUR BREAKFAST!!!

We were so incredibly surprised by how wonderful our experience was here! From great food, super fun staff (ask for Stacy!), and then the amazing value! We had no wait on a Saturday night but got there after the brisket sold out – I should have known! Pro tip was given to be there earlier for the choice of all the cuts- they smoke their own meats in-house, so when they’re out, that’s it for the day! Can’t recommend enough! P.S. Get the jalapeño hush puppies for a treat!
