An overall chill place to VP, eat, and see friends.
Been to lots of locations and they’re always clean, the employees are cool (mostly), you get free soda when you play, the food is good, smokes aren’t overpriced, $1 bic’s, and there are lots of regular customers. If you didnt have to ask for a key to use the bathroom, it’d be 5 stars.

Dotty’s is a place that have a verity of poker machine.
People over the age of 21 or older can play. They will check for Identity to make sure you’re over 21. They have ATM, they have good food, the cashier will serve you drunks, the people and the employees are very nice, and they have a very clean restrooms.

A few employees at this location cater more to the people who loiter than regular customers with memberships. Very discriminatory! They also over serve drunks to make an extra buck, and then 86 paying customers once they file a complaint, but yet the homeless can loiter there, sell Meth that dottys clearly condones to drunks, loitering, and the selling of illegal narcotics within and around their establishments. Very disappointed!

A cozy little place, if you want to take a load off of your feet, have a drink, play some lottery, or get a cup of coffee. Not a place I would go on a regular basis, but they do seem to have a regular clientele, and people that are always there from time to time. Obviously, that must mean it has something going for it, perhaps even more than I’m aware of. Cheers!

It’s not the cleanest place in the world. A rather unsavory crowd, especially after it gets dark. Walking into place feels as if your walking the Green Mile. Personally myself, I don’t like feeling like I am being sized up before the jackels attack.

Manager was smoking directly outside the door. I asked her to not smoke by the door that was right where the Hillsboro DMV line was and she literally blew smoke towards the people. Zero F’s given I guess.
