Mariscos Los Dos Carnales, was started with the idea of serving our customers with simple, great tasting homemade seafood. All our food is prepared on a daily basis and we cater to our customers’ needs. Our menu is not limited to seafood. We are always working on making our food better. Located in a rural community, we are bringing great tasting seafood to remote areas of the Rio Grande Valley.

Everything we tried was so good. The owner came over and went over the menu with us and everything that was recommended did not disappoint! Atmosphere was a simple no frills setup but it was very clean and the staff were friendly and attentive. The fish tacos were huge, the fish was breaded and cooked perfectly. All the seafood we tried was fresh. The owner clearly takes pride in his food as he should. Pleasantly surprised to learn we got there during happy hour so our beers were cheap as well. Overall a great experience, will definitely go again. There’s so many places to choose from but this one is worth the trip!!

I have to say, this place has some of the BEST seafood we’ve had in the Valley! I ordered the shrimp tacos, and hands down they are the best I’ve ever tried—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. We also had the fried tilapia, and it completely stood out compared to other places. Most restaurants serve tilapia that tastes oily or like burnt oil, but here it was fried perfectly—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and absolutely delicious without any burnt taste.
I also ordered a tostada, and it was so good that I ate it before I even remembered to take a picture! That says everything about how tasty it was.
Overall, the food here is fresh, clean, and packed with flavor. If you’re in San Carlos or nearby, you HAVE to stop by Mariscos Los Dos Carnales—you won’t regret it!

My favorite seafood place in the Valley! I’ve tried so many places, and Los Dos Carnales hits the mark on everything. The staff and the owner are lovely! We chatted with him and he spoke about the food with so much passion. We will be back soon! Ps: the portions and the prices are more than fair!! 10/10

The food here is delicious. I highly recommend the tacos de pescado. They taste so good it comes with melted cheese spicy mayo and really good fish. The service was amazing and the owners make sure your food is cooked to perfection.

We were pleasantly surprised. We had the fish tacos with their homemade batter and sauce, their shrimp rice, and a shrimp cocktail with a cold Michelada. The food was great tasting and definitely worth having again. Their are many other items on the menu that we intend to taste on our next visit.

Definitely recommend I forgot to take pictures but got these halfway I had bass with chipotle and shrimp superb highly recommend coming from someone who doesn’t like fish. The service was top tier it’s a family owned restaurant Juan and his wife were lovely and kind very helpful with the menu. So if your close by it’s worth the try.

The restaurant is perfect. Not too big. Service was excellent. The waitress spoke mostly Spanish but was very attentive. The food was amazing. The fish was fresh. My daughter had fajita tacos. They too were perfect. The meat was soft, and the salsa was super tasty. They have a good variety of food, and adult beverages :).
