About a week & a half ago, I came here and I dined inside the restaurant. The customer service was great, the restaurant was clean & the manager gave me a discount on my order! Gotta love Jersey Mike’s! ❤️
P. S. I definitely will be coming back.

It’s a little confusing when you go in as you’re told to go to the left at the “deli counter” to order but rarely is anyone close to the deli counter. When you order you are given a ticket that you must show when you get down to the register. And when your sandwich is being made, they ask you if you want it “Mike’s way” and unless you perused the menu and caught it on the bottom of the last panel… “Mike’s way” is with vinegar and oil. I had never had my subs this way.. but after having it. I ask for it at other sub shops! (JJ’s and Subway) it’s a nice place and I look forward to more sandwiches!

Update: 10.1.2023 – the food is still delicious and the ordering is still confusing.
I watched them making my food along with like 5 other orders. And there doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason behind the way you’re in que. At the time there wasn’t any bacon. Seemed odd for a place that has at least 5 bacon dependent sandwiches. It was a Sunday afternoon and sort of busy. But the customers is what made the visit weird for me.

We had lunch here today and we were very pleased. We ordered the giant chipotle cheese steak sub. We split the giant one because it’s cheaper than getting 2 of the regular sized subs. My boyfriend doesn’t like grilled onions, so we asked if it was possible to get it only on half the sub. To our surprise they said that was totally fine. The sandwich was made perfectly and quickly. We also were impressed with how clean the place was!

I ordered a #44. I was eating it and realized it didn’t have buffalo sauce. When I called the store they told me the manager did put buffalo sauce on the sandwich. They said no one could bring me a replacement. I was to bring the sandwich after work.

HIRE SOME MORE STAFF!!!

I shouldn’t have to wait in line for 20 minutes while they fulfill online orders.

Although I normally love Jersey Mikes, this is the worst location.

They consistently ignore the customers that are inside the store and are understaffed. Instead fulfilling the online orders.

The parking lot is a mess. Just overall nasty experience. But that’s OK cause Jimmy John’s is right across the street and does a good job.

+ Slightly better taste than Jimmy John’s and Subway
+ Online order can help you minimize waiting time and bypass the long line as a newly reopened restaurant.
+ Clean in a new building
+ Indoor dining options and friendly staff
– Parking is the problem. Each space is quite narrow. Also, sharing the lot with Starbucks causes too much traffic. I’d rather park across the street near Chase bank.

P.S. They forgot to put napkins in my bag. Please don’t forget to get them when you carry out.

I went in for a pick up order and they had actually given it away to someone else on accident. They immediately re-made the sandwich for me and offered me a free drink all while the place was packed with customers

I was so excited when they first opened and the first time I went, everything was great. It slowly declined after that. Sometimes the customer service is above and beyond but most times it’s careless workers not even doing their job. Last night a worker was outside talking to a friend, blocking the parking lot when there was 20 spaces and the other workers were falling behind. The last 3 times I’ve eaten here, I’ve gotten so sick and not sure why that keeps happening at this location? But never again will I eat at this location.

Everytime I order, something is wrong with my food.i called 7 times before someone picked up. All I asked is to not drown my sandwich in their sauce as they always have. I want sauce, just not a lot. And a few mayo packets. The guy said sure. “I got you”. I get my food delivered. There’s absolutely no sauce and on top of that, no mayo, though I asked for extra mayo and mayo packets. Not a packet, no mayo. I got a dry sandwich I could of made at home. That’s vindictive. Will NOT be ordering from here again. You think they would have better workers being kind of new, but here we are.
