Happy hour all day on a Sunday, nice… Love the atmosphere and the pricing and food were good but service is lacking. Not sure if our server was new or overwhelmed but they to need to add some bussers if so. We were here for over an hour without a refill on drinks and there were lots of mistakes… No silverware, napkins, refills, coasters, etc without our asking for them. Waited an hour and a half just for appetizers. My in-laws previously had a great customer service experience here so I’m guessing this isn’t the norm.

Good food, good beer…When it eventually gets to you. Service is extremely slow. But it’s still worth coming back because everything is delicious and 20+ beers on tap is great. Just be prepared to wait 10 minutes to get your order taken and 10 minutes to get your beer poured (if you’re not sitting at the bar) and about 20+ minutes to get your food. The restaurant wasn’t very full either.

Waiter was pleasant. Not present enough, but friendly and positive. We waited way too long to be greeted at the table and then WAY too long to get our drinks. One of the beers we ordered showed as full on their board, but when one beer came the waiter said, sorry, it just blew so we had to order a different one. Our appetizers came in ok time, but the fries were barely warm. They tasted good, just too cool. Then we found a chip on the edge of a beer glass, by catching a lip on it.
To top it off, when leaving the two people at the front desk just stood there as we left, no thanks or come again.
This is our third time at this venue. We’ve had multiple issues with the service echo time, but keep hoping this young group will eventually learn how to take great care of their customers. At this point we are not holding our breath though.

This was our second and last time visiting this place. We decided to set timers since our first visit was so abysmally slow. We came on a Wednesday night. It was moderately busy waited about 10min for a table. Didn’t see our waitress for 17 min. She dropped off water and took our order. This would be the last we’d see her for the rest of the evening. After 42 min the manager approached our table and told us that our ticket has been lost and we had no food coming. He was very professional and explained that it was only his second day and he was trying to improve the place. He took our order a second time. We asked if there was any way to put a rush on our daughters order since it was now around 7:30. He said he would do what he could. Reset timer. 13min later my daughters order arrives only after I flagged down the runner who was trying to deliver it to the wrong table. 2min later the rest of the food arrived. Manager got us a refill on our waters. Food was good. We ate our meal without any sign of servers to make sure it was correct. The manager made his way back around after about 20min. He apologized profusely and took care of us. The ONLY good thing about this experience was the manager. I can not recommend this place at all.

I love this place. As a chef I must say that I am critical of industry establishments and from the outside I am quite confident I will be returning. I love the atmosphere, the comfort of the booths, the bar layout, my server was insanely perfectly attentive, every drink was expertly balanced, my wings were spot-on, and I felt like I fit right in. Even the music was straight out of my iTunes playlist. This place is now on my top 3 local hangouts and it’s affordable! Do try it, I feel you’ll enjoy it too.

Love the environment and food is good. But the service is not good at all. I spent 3+ hours there last Friday with a group and not once was I served by a waiter. Never once did anyone ask me if I wanted to order. Our tables were only helped when we flagged someone down. If service doesn’t improve, business will probably go down…

My wife brought me home a burger my first time ever having their food it was great even not getting it hot and fresh. Our last visit, it was my first time there and it was not a great one at all. The server kept forgetting things and two of the four dinners that were ordered we pretty much forgot about until we said something after waiting 15 minutes after the first two meals were served. LUCKILY, I ordered an app for me to enjoy before the long wait on my chicken caesar wrap. When I finally got it it was not good at all. It was a huge disappointment.
I rated them a two star was because the server attempted to fix the issue with giving me a free beer and knocking a few dollars off the wrap and with my friends nachos she comped the whole meal but I had to wait an extra 10 minutes for mine. Needless to say, I will think twice of meeting friends at this place. It is not on my list of places to return too sadly, because the burger I had was really good.

We have gone here many times since they have opened. It was super good at first but the last 3 or 4 times we have been here the service has been so so so slow, and I had plastic in my food. The last time we went we sat down got water pretty quickly then didn’t see our waiter for 15 min at lease then we waited again for about 35 min to get our food. (It wasn’t busy at all) Then asked for our check while we we still eating just because everything else was taking a long time. Was great place at first but is definitely going down hill. Hope they can work on this and make a come back.
