I was really looking forward to my order but unfortunately it was incorrect and incomplete. The Flaming Hot Cheetos nachos were missing several listed toppings including pico de gallo, jalapeños, and queso. I only received meat, cheese, and Cheetos.
I also ordered beans, which they were out of. I requested refried beans as a substitution, but that wasn’t provided either. They were getting ready to close and unwilling to help with any issues.
Overall, the order was missing items and substitutions were not handled, which was disappointing.

They were out of the chorizo and egg so I opted for the bacon and egg. They then said they are only serving the lunch menu which is not available on DoorDash. I looked up the menu online and asked for the Mexican plate but then was told they only had a Traditional plate and had only beef. I opted for that. When received, the beef was chewy and fatty. I gave it to the animals to eat and the rice was so overcooked it was hard and uncomfortable to chew.

Waited for 10 minutes to order. Four workers were on the Roost side that obviously work both sides. There was no other people in line. I’m not so short that I would be overlooked. The workers were just involved in their own personal conversation. I slowly headed toward the door. Still no acknowledgement even though two workers made eye contact. Left without ordering. Very disappointed.

The guy who attended me looked like he was falling asleep, apart from that they had no food, very little variety to offer, I asked him for meat without chili and I explained that I couldn’t eat it and he gave it to me with chili. the worst i’ve ever been!!

This restaurant is going down hill they can’t keep workers, terrible service always out of staff,salsa bar not ready by 630 am tortillas are hard I would never eat here anymore.
