Yesterday I ordered an iced white chocolate mocha with sweet cream cold foam and caramel drizzle. Mind you I get this almost EVERY time I go because I love Starbucks and usually they make it perfectly. But some girl with black hair and glasses makes my drink, tell my WHY it is white as a ghost. My coffee was basically milk. And no I didn’t clock her tea because I had places to be and I wasn’t about to miss my movie.. yet it baffles me because like how.. how do you do that.. the girl who took my order was super sweet and cute and bubbly, love her. Whoever made my drink PLEASE tell me that’s how it’s supposed to look cause like I must be wrong? No?

I have been in this Starbucks several times in the last month. Regardless of the busyness, the team is always so friendly and positive, and the drinks are on point. Devin was super patient and super helpful during my last order, and Lola made a perfect Gingerbread Chai Latte. Love the atmosphere here!!!

I have been here several times and each time it’s the same, service is incredibly slow! Even when I order on the app for pick up, my drink is never ready in a timely manner.
Today they said, “who would have known there would be a party at Starbucks at 6am”. There were 2 people in drive through (including me) and 2 people inside.
I avoid this Starbucks as much as possible.

I enjoy ordering from this store especially today. I asked an employee about a specific product I was looking for, turns out they dont sell it rightfully so. I was then helped by Ally she was very helpful and went out of her way to assist me. This usually doesn’t happen for me, she asked why I was looking for that product and she was able to understand my need, long story short she was able to fulfill the item we wanted. She is outstanding and I will go to her location because of her. Thank you Ally you made my wife very happy!

First time visit, and I waited 25 minutes for a two drink order. It was clean and the people were nice but as you can see drive thru nor the inside was hectic so I’m not sure why things were moving so slow. Overall not worth it, bought 2 drinks and 2 pastries why give one person their stuff and keep the other waiting for 40 minutes even after asking for assistance and a refund 3 times after watching ppl come in order and leave in like 5 minutes but I wait only to get a stale cold pastry and half empty cup never again. No more Starbucks 2026 too many bad experiences, seeking alternatives that’s not overpriced with horrible service. The race card is too easy to add for this area, needless to say I stood out A LOT. Best luck to other patrons

Tables were dirty. Barista was rude and didn’t know how to make the drinks. Took 30 minutes to receive 2 beverages. She screamed at me, not letting me speak, after telling her for the 2nd time she made the drink wrong. The other barista told her the correct way to make the drink, yet she still made it wrong. This is a standard beverage that has been on their menu for quite some time. Disappointing and had to eat my other food cold after waiting so long. Genuinely ruined my afternoon.

Yesterday i came around 7am, and the person taking orders was so nice and helpful. I didn’t know the names of the cup size and they explained it so perfectly to me! I also didn’t expect to see this “You matter” note on the cup, as someone who struggles with depression, this really warmed my heart and made my day. It reminded me there are kind people out there who care. So to whoever wrote that, thank you! I truly appreciate it❤️

I visited on 11/6/25 at around 2:40pm. The girl at the window was so rude and dismissive. She didn’t speak, she stuck the card machine out at me to pay and said nothing. When my order was ready, she stood at the register looking away and stuck her left arm out of the window…still saying nothing and requiring me to slightly open my door to reach into the window to get my things. Normally, the girls come to the window to hand you your items ensuring nothing is spilled. Not this girl! I had 2 drinks and no straw. I won’t be back.
