I’ve been here a few times, the food has always been good with the exception of the ribbon fries being overcooked the two times I ordered them. Wait times can vary, it does tend to get pretty busy at times.

My pepperoni roll was supposed to have everything on it. Hardly anything on it and it wasn’t even toasted. Very sad. I’ve been coming here for 20 years. The lady that took my money also walked back to kitchen and made my food, didn’t bother washing her hands let alone wear gloves. She was outside smoking when I got there so I doubt she had time to wash her hands then either. Just gross.

Service was awful. Ladies too worried about cell phones and small talk, didn’t see me standing patiently watching them play on their phones. Our food was barely warm, and the taco salad is a sloppy goop mess. It made me sick just looking at it. Waste of time and money. Everything is overpriced for the quality you get. Very unsatisfied.
