It was ok. The people working behind the counter seemed to be so busy it took a while to help me. I was the only customer inside til an door dash person came in to pick-up an order. Not sure what is going on at this location. The girl asked me what I wanted to order but she was not at the register to take my order, she was running around doing other things. Finally I asked her, are you ready to take my order?

I just ate at this location, but this review is for the chain and not just this location. The portion on the chicken sandwich has now gotten ridiculous and I don’t even know how they can legally call this a chicken sandwich anymore since it’s not the main ingredient. This sandwich has a chicken slice inside the breading that is literally 1/8″ thick and the tomato is the same 1/8″ thickness. How far this chain has fallen over the years is remarkable and sad. Dave would be rolling over in his grave.

Got a salad for lunch for work. Upon opening and trying to enjoy my food, I noticed a pile of grilled chicken hiding wilted lettuce and the bottom had so much water that all the lettuce was soggy!! Absolutely nasty!! Why sell food that way!? Waste of my money and I won’t be returning to this location for my daily salad!

I came to Wendy’s, at 10:50. I believe the manager was very rude. I ordered a number one I did not think I had to specify that it was a combo. If I said number one, they gave me the sandwich and a large Sprite, no fries, but then said I did not order fries. I thought a number one. Would be a combo, not just a sandwich and Sprite, that makes no sense to me. The manager acted as if I was wrong for believing. It was a meal and had the nerve to have an aptitude. I’m not sure if I will be back here because I don’t like being rude too as a army veteran. When even d enemy, I was surrounded by was not rude to me but getting a sandwich in the u. S means I can be rude too and made to feel disrespected.
This is very upsetting to me.

So wife went through the drive through today and amongst the things she got was a baconator for myself.
Imagine my surprise when i found not one but two long hairs in my burger! I mean, it’s a bargain, two hairs for one baconator.
Being in the Navy for over fifteen years now i ate some questionable quality food, but even the shipboard cooks take better care of sanitation than this place.
So if you’re up for some hairy burgers than go right ahead!
I even took a pic of one of the hairs, such a nice, long specimen it was!

I usually get the spicy chicken sandwich and I was looking forward to it but I was a little disappointed. 3 quarters of the sandwich was bland. I finally got to some spice on the last couple bites. It took about 15 minutes to get our food. I don’t remember it being this slow before.

Worker by the name of “NINI” hopefully I pronounced right is the most sweetest and joy for customer service, she deserves recognition for her efforts. Food is always fresh here since I just moved nearby a week ago. I highly recommend this location if you plan on heading to Elizabeth City and get hungry for a nice fixing 🙂
