I’m completely done with this wawa, they have messed up my drink every single time I ordered here. The first time there was still big chunks of ice in a frozen drink, they have forgotten espresso which I paid extra for in two different drinks on two separate occasions, and today they put so much ice in my iced coffee that I barely even got any coffee. The dark haired lady working today who made my drink has also been the one working on two of the other occasions when my drink was not made correctly. She should not be making any made to order items anymore. Not coming here anymore, not worth the headache

I ordered a small Italian hoagie today, order #221. The hoagie was missing some items I requested; no lettuce, barely any onions, one tomato, I didn’t see any oregano. It was wrapped in two papers – those are more expensive than lettuce. I found all this out when I got home.
When I walked up to wait for it, an employee said to another one, “He doesn’t want to talk.” My sandwich wasn’t ready and I was content to read the newspaper I purchased. When the employee making my sandwich finished and called, “221.” The first one stated, “Oh now he wants to talk.”
The experience was extremely off putting.

The best hoagies ever!!!! Especially on hogie fest!!! And they got the best root beer in town 100% And the customer service is just AMAZING. Even the chefs are great and should be Gordon Ramsey chefs no cap!

Yikes! I spend about 500 to 600 per month on coffee, salads, sandwiches etc. I go to Wawa whenever I have a choice because I know I cam count on also grabbing a cup of water with no hassle if that’s what I need while on the road. Now they have this punative (mystery purchase a beverage to get a cup of ice/water) ….great, I’ll go somewhere else that comps water based on the commonsense that people often end up buying something 75% anyway ….no need to make a huge nasty sign about mandatory purchases just to get a cup of water or ice. Corporate needs to take a second look at their marketing director or whoever hasn’t slept in a while and made this tacky call.

I love Wawa it’s my favorite place to get a bite to eat. We have hoagies , Sizzles, pastries . Coffee ☕, cappuccino , chips and dip, pizza , Candy bars , donuts, french fries , pretzels chocolate, kids meals and many more items and products to choose from, The store is very clean the staff are kind and friendly. Thank you. Thank you. When I came in, albeit dressed to the nines, but still wanting a family sized tub of Mac and cheese. You saw the tears barreling down my cheeks. And you didn’t say “sorry, no”. You just knew this girl *needs* this. And you were right, man with the beard. And my gosh if you didn’t just go above and beyond and add a side of ice cream to my family sized Mac and cheese for this visibly upset woman. I could cry (more) but somehow, I feel a smile coming across my face instead. Thank you. Thank you for your humanity in a world where sometimes rules and profits override human dignity. I needed compassion, and gosh darn it, you delivered Wawa on Baltimore ave in media with the gas station! Thank you, for real. I needed that.

I was in the area and decided to get food. As I am standing at the counter watching an employee without a name tag make my order wrong. I asked about the order. As Kim the manager on duty stood right there as the employee told me that I should not be staring. Kim the manger laughed as if was funny and the employee tossed my food to me. If I didn’t need food to take my medication I would have asked for a refund.

First time going to a Wawa…..looks like a new locomotive or a remodel. Gas station pumps were cleaned and worked properly. The trash bins were cleaned also and full of car cleaning supplies, which was surprising!! You can tell this company is trying to provide a good travel experience to its customers.
