Stop. Do not pass unless they are closed. Locals know this is the best bbq in the area and travelers who need a break or desire a happy tummy know to stop here. Never been? If they’re open and you’re just passing through, stop and eat. There is outdoor seating in the shade and well worth the pit stop. Take some with you. We enjoyed pulled pork sandwich plates. The slaw, beans, potato salad, and Brunswick stew was spot on! Yum. We’ll make our way back soon. Reasonable prices too. Stop next door for home made desserts or fresh produce. Country folks can cook! And hospitality… fun place. Get to know a neighbor at the tables. They’ll tell you it’s good food.
The sauces are delicious too. Try all of ’em.

Holy smokes. Finally! I found what I expected when I moved to the south. Great BBQ. Get off the coast, make the drive and get fed properly. Best BBQ I’ve had on the panhandle.

Best BBQ period. All side dishes are equally fantastic, though their Brunswick Stew is simply the best. Everytime in in the area, I will absolutely drive out of the way to snag a delicious lunch from the Wagon Wheel. Typically we will pickup snacks and goods from the nearby farmers market & vendors produce vendors setup on the property. Go. Support and enjoy the best local BBQ. You’ll thank me!

A beautiful rusty country side experience! Though they were unfortunately out of pulled pork, we were more than happy with the brisket, pulled chicken and ribs we got. The brisket was great and the ribs very good – I was a little surprised about the taste of the ribs seasoning which I never tasted before – nevertheless very good ribs. My mom commented on the coleslaw that it reminded her on the coleslaw her mom used to make and the potato salad was just as good! We will definitely come back for more!

We stopped for boiled peanuts on the way out of Florida and I decided to try some bbq. The pulled chicken was the most delicious juicy chicken I’ve ever eaten. No need for any sauce because the flavor was amazing! We actually went back for a second plate before we hit the road. We will definitely be adding this to our list of places to visit next year.

So glad I came across this place. Smoked burger was very tasty. Pulled pork sandwich was probably the best I’ve ever had. Sweet tea is in the bottle, but is good. Seems that most of the customers here are serious about sweet tea.

We came through late, they were out of ribs and brisket but the pulled pork was AWESOME, chicken was really good. His in house made sauces were also very good. Can’t wait to go through again, only a 17 hour drive

Top notch barbecue, and if you’re on a budget just go on ahead and get you some of that Brunswick stew. The server is amiable and generous, and the storefront is clean and attractive. It’s a little out of the way, but if you’re up there Thursday through Sunday and don’t drop by then you’ve missed a chance at some of the best food you’ll ever put in your mouth.
