I tried the chicken sandwich, the chicken itself was crispy, juicy, and had a good texture, but it really needed more spices to bring out the flavor. Unfortunately, I also found a hair in the sauce right after dipping a fry, which was very disappointing. On top of that, most the garlic parm or bt sauce (I think?) was too sweet and didn’t really compliment the sandwich. Overall, decent chicken but the flavors and cleanliness need serious improvement.

The atmosphere is very cute, very clean, the menu was very cleanly presented. My friend and I each got cheeseburgers, I got a double and she got a single, the burgers melted in your mouth as soon as you bit into them and were absolutely divine, the BT fries are incredibly good and reminiscent of garlic fries, altho I would recommend only getting the small if you’re one person as the large is quite, well, large. Overall I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone hungry thats passing through!!

It’s been a while since I went to a burger joint but I was definitely not disappointed with BT Burger. Their prices are decent and the food quality is amazing. It’s been so long since I’ve had a fry that actually had some crisp to it. The burger was simple delicious, it had so much flavour and quality.
The physical location is alright, it’s a bit echoy but it’s not to the point of discomfort. The staff are alright, they even bring the food out to you which is very nice of them.
Overall a very fun place to hang out with friends, I’d say 8/10 simply because it was earth shatteringly good but not terrible.

Leftover Pizza
Usually they’re good. The service isn’t fast but it’s understandable because they cook to order and not like fast food. Today I went and ordered the BT burger double patty. I waited 20 minutes until I realized they’re calling order 80 and I was order 78. When I asked for my order, they told me they accidentally gave it to someone else. She said I gotta wait for the kitchen to make another one. I was in a rush but I didn’t wanna be rude so I waited another 15 minutes to receive the burger. When I went to my car, I find that they only gave me single patty and no egg that comes in the BT Burger. I had to drive back and ask for a refund. Very disappointed at the quality of the service. Please do better.

First time coming in, great place! The environment was pretty quiet for the most part, close to everything college town setting. Got a cheese burger, it came with pickled red onions which was pretty good! Burger was fresh and soft. Service was decent. I will be back. Thanks.

I’ve never had a shrimp burger till now and I can’t believe what I’ve been missing out on!
The Shrimp Burger was so delicious! The veggies added a beautiful color and the fried shrimp patty was crispy. You can clearly see the chunks of shrimp meat inside because it’s made in-house which I find very cool! For the price, I’m very impressed by the size of the burger and quality of the food.
Also, the interior looks so cute! Could make for a good date spot. I would definitely recommend BT Burger!

10/10 for homemade burgers! The food was absolutely delicious! It’s not greasy and it’s definitely homemade! Customer service was sweet as pie! The price range is amazing especially with inflation happening right now! I will be BACK! If you want a fresh homemade burger look nowhere else this is the place to go!! Can’t wait to try other items on the menu, I know it’s going to be delicious as well! Thanks BT BURGER

This was a fast luch stop and overall was underwhelming. They offer just a few burger choices and the patties themselves are smash burger style and the meat was equivalent to about 3 Oz of meat. The biggest miss on the burger was that the fried egg was overly cooked (fried hard) and rendered it inedible. The burger itself tasted good and was not bad. The best part of the burger was that I left the sauce on the side, it was awful. The parmesan fries had plenty of parm and herbs, but were cooled.
The tables are crammed together and makes walking around to get your order cumbersome. They only except card payments and want you to order on their kiosks.

I got their Spicy BBQ Crispy Chicken Sandwich with BT fries. I don’t know what I was expecting, but I was let down. The customer service was great. I didn’t hear my order number so the person working there brought it right to me which was very nice of them.
The sandwich itself was very crispy and true to the name which I liked a lot. I liked that the patty was huge compared to the bun, I like that in a sandwich. But the taste and the flavor was mid. The BBQ flavor didn’t shine through (it was subtle) and the spice was there but it wasn’t a flavorful type of spicy.
Last but certainly the least, the BT fries. I could not get myself to finish it. To start off, the garlic parmesan seasoning was only on the top, the fries on the bottom did not have the seasoning. This would have normally been fine with me, but the fries had no seasoning AT ALL. Not even a pinch of salt. I was eating straight potatoes. The garlic parmesan flavor had a little sweetness to it which I didn’t mind but I wish it had extended to the rest of fry basket. Final and chief complaint, the fries were swimming in oil. It was so greasy that when I pulled back the fries on top, I saw a well of oil. See picture for reference. But hey, at least it was crispy.
Overall, it was mediocre food and there are other spots near there that I like better, so I will not be going back.
