Finally, THE American Deli in Jackson, TN!
I was so excited! Even though they just opened and the staff must be facing many challenges, I was truly impressed by their patience and dedication to providing the best service for all customers. Especially the manager’s kindness toward customers and the way he guided and encouraged the staff showed how successful this place will be in satisfying its guests.
I feel like I’ll need to arrive early to place an order next time because this spot is going to get really popular! The drive-thru and in-store ordering might have long wait times due to high demand.
I’ll definitely be back!

Opened recently. Prices are good for portion sizes. Lots of GENUINE care for food prep. Everything was tasty! Coke 0 is available. Small errors remain, but don’t detract much. Staff are FRIENDLY! Will be coming back soon.

Their fried tilapia was amazing. 3 decent-sized fillets and their fries are awesome! For almost the same price as a large Big Mac combo. Tonight was my first time there and the only thing I’m sad about is that I hadn’t went here sooner. Will definitely be coming back. 10/10.

This establishment serves one mean Philly Cheesesteak. If you’re looking for crispy crinkle cut fries and deliciously assembled beef, peppers and cheese on top of a soft baked hoagie. This crew can make that happen surprisingly fast. Another thing I have to mention is I asked for light onions and that’s something that is either a “hit or miss” and the cook here nailed it perfectly.

This was our first time visiting American Deli but we were definitely not disappointed They have a huge variety of dishes to choose from but I have to say the Shrimp Fried Rice was absolutely delectable. Their version of this classic Chinese dish was honestly better than any Chinese restaurant we have ever tried & trust me when I say we’ve tried a ton of different places. The atmosphere, staff, & service was all excellent. The restaurant itself was clean & inviting. Definitely recommend this place for a quick bite or a meal.

The Food was terrible, order house FR and Beef Phil that was noting but onions, the rice shrimp was burnt and did not look anything that it was supposed to be. NEVER AGAIN, MY BILL WAS 39.48.
