We were a group of 20 on Friday Dec 5. We were so excited to celebrate our holiday party with friends and family. Our food experience was not as we expected.
The pros: the attentive wait staff and the overall atmosphere. The band was amazing. Raspberry cheesecake absolutely DELICIOUS.
The cons: parking lot was full we had to park at the car dealer lot. The bathrooms were not so clean. Our dinner penne a La vodka was cold. The steak strip dinner was cold. The salmon dinner was cold. The chicken franchese dinner was also cold. Basically all of the food we paid $85 per person was cold. We were ALL so disappointed.
The waitress was so apologetic.
When i warmed it up the steak and penne the next day everything taste AMAZING…Great Flavor. I will definitely be back to see if my food will be to satisfaction.
I would suggest to management don’t book so many parties if you can’t handle keeping the food hot.

The food was GOOD, not great. Their Valentines limited menu options was adequate but the baked clams was more breading than actual clam meat. But their strawberry and chocolate dessert was amazingly delicious. The ambience would have been better if it wasn’t cold temperature and the loud party music. This was supposed to be a romantic special occasion for Valentine’s Day, instead felt like at other random night.

I came here for a Valentines Day dinner with my girl. Had a 9pm reservation, was told at 9pm that it would be a 15 min wait. That quickly turned into over a half hour. We finally get seated and it takes forever to get bread to the table. Ordered a beer and my girl ordered wine. The beer and wine took 20mins to come out. Within this time I finished my glass of water which remained empty for approximately a half an hour.
Being that it was Valentine’s Day, they had a prix fixe menu. My girl went to order one of the dishes that was being offered and was told that they ran out. How can you possibly run out of an item on Valentine’s Day with a menu that only consists of 6 possible choices? The food was decent , however. The service was extremely slow, however our waiter was a good dude.
Dessert time arrives and we received a completely different desert than what was on the menu. We inquire on why this was and was told that they ran out of the specified dessert that we were supposed to receive. Again, how do you run out of something on Valentine’s Day when it’s the only thing you’re serving? Not a pleasant experience, we won’t be back.
Also, how are there panels missing in the ceiling of a restaurant like this? Ridiculous. See the attached photo. They also hit you with a fee to pay with a credit card. Seriously?

I can’t say enough good about this restaurant and the staff. I just had my daughters confirmation party there and everything was five stars. George was absolutely incredible to work with and went above and beyond to make sure the food was perfect and that we had all requests taken care of. Angela was fantastic to work with setting up the reservation, Victoria has the warmest and sweetest personality, and went above and beyond to meet with me ahead of time and set up the tables and even made napkins into little pink roses to accommodate our theme, erin and Bart were so friendly and helpful to our guests And had a smile on their face throughout the service. The hostesses and the bartenders were very friendly. The band was phenomenal and incredibly engaging. We will definitely be back for our future parties. If you’re looking for a restaurant that has five star service, five star food and live entertainment definitely consider Ristegio’s.

I had my daughter’s wedding rehearsal dinner here last month. We had a 5-course meal- the food was amazing from appetizer to dessert! We could not have asked for a more delicious meal. The service and atmosphere were also top-notch. We had a private room with an outdoor patio space. Everything went smoothly- we had a fun and relaxed evening. We were not rushed to leave when our time was up. The bride was so happy! The manager George made all of this possible. Thank you George and Ristegio’s!

Always drove past this place, being I live like 5 minutes away. Very nice looking building. Came here yesterday for my birthday, (Wednesday) and we were the only party there. I wondered how such a beautiful place stays in business with no weekday clientele. However, we decided it must be a weekend thing. The food was good, the waitress and staff were nice. Would definitely come again.

Worst experience I ever had dining out. Was seated for 30 minutes before someone came to us to offer us drinks. People were seated 10 minutes after us to our left and right and received there appetizers and drinks before someone ever came to offer us a drink. Food wasn’t even that good and the service was the worst service I have ever experienced at a restaurant. Do not recommend I’m hoping I can save someone the money and trouble

Went here for a private party, the room they had us in was small and had a very thin wall dividing us from the actual restaurant and we heard their live band during our party. The food was subpar, the best thing was the flounder stuffed with crab, that was delicious. The desserts they had for us were the Italian Cookies you can buy at any grocery store, these little cakes and mini apple tarts which I will give them points for though. And I will add the staff were excellent. They were all so sweet and provided excellent service to us. The bar was only giving us simple drinks mixed with soda, nothing like Moscow mule, or any types of Martini but I don’t fault them for that, that’s probably just the alcohol package the person who planned the event got. The worst part was probably the parking situation, there is no place to park at all, and the majority of us had to park in lots next door. For a place that hosts events with lots of guests and still operates their restaurant at the same time they should definitely try and expand their parking lot. Or at least they should get a new sign saying where extra parking is provided as the current one is faded.

Three of us went here for New Year’s Eve – the $95 3 course meal included hats, noise makers and champagne, but we never received our champagne – and, all of our food was cold.
We had to find our waiter to get him to give us a check. And then we didn’t realize until that we got home that even though the fourth person in our party was not able to make it, they charged us for a fourth meal anyway.
The food would’ve been delicious if it was hot. They either need more wait staff or more attentive wait staff to serve the food hot – that means as soon as it comes out of the kitchen.
I was disappointed and really upset that we were charged for a fourth meal -because if I had known that we would’ve taken it home with us.
I don’t think I’ll be back.
Even though the food didn’t taste bad, but it would’ve tasted so much better if it was hot. And considering it’s so expensive I wouldn’t want to take the chance of having a cold meal again.
