Always love the breakfast sandwich on homemade sourdough! Delicious and warm. They have gluten friendly items (if cross contamination is not an issue) and dairy free milks for the lattes. Everyone is friendly and the drinks and food are prepared quickly and always taste great. Sometimes it’s hard to find a parking spot, but because people are in and out quick, it clears up pretty quickly.

I took my kids to Ginger Fox Bakery & Cafe over their winter break and now we’re officially obsessed. It’s such a cute spot, and I loved being able to give them a treat made with thoughtful, high-quality ingredients. Every baked good we tried was truly incredible. Stratham is lucky to have this sweet little bakery and café, and we can’t wait to go back.

I have followed Ginger Fox Bakery for some time now, hoping to find time to pop in. I had errands in the Stratham area and stumbled upon their location. So excited I swerved in with my mom and we treated ourselves. We both got lattes (which were delish) along with assorted baked goods including the last ham and cheese croissant wheel, a blueberry muffin, and an almond croissant. We planned on saving them for when we got home however they didn’t make it 20 minutes driving back. I highly recommend making this a stop if you’re looking to treat yourselves!

We had lunch here, we ordered the chicken Caprese and the chipotle brisket, both sandwiches are AMAZING! The bread is so good, everything inside so tasty! Then we ordered desserts to go, which made me want to write this review, everything was great but the churro pastry was just THE BEST DESSERT IN THE WORLD! Seriously, you should stop here and get one. Omg.
Coffee is also great!

Everything went well for the first year or so but then I got an iced matcha latte which had quite a few lumps of match powder in it.
This past weekend I ordered an iced latte online but got a hot latte (with the order for iced right on the cup).
Just disappointed.

As a gluten sensitive person it can be hard to find baked goods that really hit the spot. Ginger Fox 100% accomplishes this! I have yet to receive a dessert from here that I didn’t absolutely love, including these cherry chocolate pistachio financiers, carrot cupcakes with cream cheese frosting and espresso praline chocolate cupcakes. ✨

Incredible taste, perfectly cakey textures and wowww are they pretty 10/10

Artisan I guess means overpriced.

Baked goods were very good and service was solid. The issue is the drink was way overpriced for what you get. $8 for a 16oz hot drink that was more 10oz of liquid, 4 oz of foam, and 2 oz of air.

I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve loved everything, but now I think I’ll only stick to getting the cupcakes. The prices have gone up and the food quantity given has gone down drastically. The woman who runs the place is absolutely lovely and did send me a gift card when I first explained my experience getting a different quality item than usual but even when I went back to try again it was practically the same smaller item except this time with browned avocado. Lovely people and the food was wonderful just a few months back, but it’s not the right price for what’s being served.

Incredible bakery with the best pastries around. One of the only places in the area where you can get awesome coffee, breakfast and lunch which is super convenient. Will be trying out their catering for our company events this year too!

I tried very hard to not like this place with the slightly snooty attitude this place gives off to me. $5 for a croissant is a bold move in Stratham, NH.
But I was impressed, excellent quality baked goods. The croissant was really good and I hate to admit it was worth the $5. I think they brush the outside with sugar to give it an extra crisp and slight sweetness.
Breakfast sandwich was also $$$ but very good. Well balanced flavors and textures. The egg was properly over easy as requested.

Only downsides are very tight parking off a busy road and small indoor area. You have to awkwardly shuffle around after ordering and waiting for items. No where to eat inside or out.
