I frequently attend this location and the ladies who work the day time are fabulous. Victoria is witty and makes incredible sandwiches while I have never seen anyone with bread cutting skills that compares to the wonderful Patricia!

Wanted a simple ham and cheese. The workers took forever pleasing the people before me. Waited 25 minutes for the manager say rudely we are out of ham. Screw this location. There way plenty of ham. I was the only white in line

Tray refused to refund me and made the order wrong twice! The first time I let him know that that he needed to make sure to toast it, and he even said that on the directions that I wanted to toast it and he only toasted one out of three sandwiches made. Also, the sandwiches were really cold and soggy. There was a hair, the second time it was made I still have the sandwiches, unfortunately please issue me a refund. I asked him about refunding me and he said that’s not his problem and he doesn’t have to do that. I let him know. I understand his frustration and he’s alone, but he doesn’t have to take it out on me and then when I walk away Real quick and come back he starts smoking at me like he did something to the fruit. So as I’m going home, I look at the food and there’s a piece of plastic that I nearly choked on. I spat the food from my mouth with the plastic piece in the trash. I’m not only frustrated. I’m very angry about what happened and I want a refund issued as soon as possible! I need to speak to management or higher please! This is ridiculous I couldn’t even eat the food. I tried to call the store numerous times and they do not answer!

Yesterday I visited this place. I’ve eaten on the subway so many times that I love it, but yesterday, for the first time, I can say I didn’t like the food. I truly realize that it has to do with who prepares your food, and how much desire and enthusiasm they have for it. This guy had no desire to be there and work in a good mood. In other subways, they offer us different ingredients and different options. What we are sure of is that this guy put enough sauce on our subway to make us never come back! This food made us feel so bad. Please don’t work in places you don’t like! Go to other, closer subways!

Went there at 11:45pm and girl working on Nov. 17th 2024 wouldn’t server us!!!!! There not supposed to close till 12. She had just started to put stuff away it was all. Still was still in reach !!! But I guess she had something better to do then her job!!!!!

Food is always fresh and delicious. I primarily order ahead via the Subway app. Every time my order has been ready by or before the quoted pickup time given. It’s on the pickup shelf clearly marked and all I have to do is grab it and go.

If I spoke to that employee the way he spoke to me tonight I am confident He would have not left as peacefully as I did! You close in 10 minutes! Not now! You are hanging your lazy arms over the glass case playing with your phone like you waiting for something!!! And when I approach and say hello and you use a Stern Voice and state CLOSED!!!! I have so many more colorful words I would love to say!!! But I’m better than you! Subway! Lost a customer tonight because you hire people like HIM!

Come on, I don’t know what is happening with Subway chain, OMG their workers are so unpleasant, this location I was waiting 10 min in the counter, it was June 12th 2024 at 8:02 pm, after he shows up never refer to me nothing even he technically ignoring me around 6 more minutes, after that he turn around looking me up without saying a word, I have to ask if he was the person how works there or make the sandwich and he basically point on his shirt with his fingers even without saying something, so what happen Subway? Are you not hiring people with 0 percentage of customer skills, if you continuous like that I personally consider that you should close your doors and concentrate your business in another industry. 0 STARS IS WHAT YOU WISH
