Loved the vibe and aesthetics at this cute little spot. Our bartender was on point. The crushes were perfect. We ordered the smashburger and the mac-o-rella sticks. Both were incredibly delicious. The smashburger came with some very unique fries. Thick cut, crisp on the outside and the right amount of soft on the inside. 10/10 across the board! We will for sure be back for another round and to try the pizza.

We have previously ordered from this business and had no issues but we ordered pizza to go and found hair under the cheese of multiple slices. Disgusting. We will not be ordering from here again, who knows what else is in their food?

Locals Only serves some of the best pizza in and around Baltimore—truly top-tier. The pies are consistently excellent, especially when you dine in, and even for takeout they hold up well if you ask for a crispier crust. The Brussels sprout Caesar is another standout, even if it can run a little heavy on the dressing. And for happy hour, the prices are almost unbeatable for the quality you’re getting.
Our experience is really centered on the early evening, and that’s where things feel a bit different from the late-night buzz the place is known for. During happy hour it’s usually surprisingly quiet, which makes it easy to grab a table but also feels unexpected given how popular the restaurant becomes later. The “Locals Only” concept is clever, but despite visiting pretty regularly around that time, we don’t quite feel recognized as locals—something that could make the theme feel more meaningful. The music can also be louder than you’d expect for 5–6pm. Still, even with those quirks, we keep coming back for one very simple reason: the food is excellent.

Locals Only is a solid addition to the Federal Hill neighborhood.
We ordered two pizzas, one burrata and one pepperoni. The crust was extremely hearty with great color from how they are cooking it. I was extremely stuffed by the time we finished + could have probably eaten just half a pizza instead.
Cocktails were basic, but tasty. They don’t have a draft system, but hopefully that will be coming soon.
I’ll definitely be returning to try this place again.

To be fair, I ordered delivery on Uber Eats so can’t speak to the service or atmosphere, so this rating is based purely on the 2 pizzas I ordered (burrata margherita and vodka sauce). Both pizzas I would hesitate to rate even a 2/10 so 1 star will have to do. Both pizzas contained a layer of (over)baked cheese over the sauce that created a thick orange plastic disc of salt that ruined the flavor of both pizzas straight off the bat (picture attached of the cheddar layer from 1 slice). In a margherita, the fresh ingredients should shine but it was impossible to taste the burrata or basil. The vodka pie, cheese disc size, had zero hint of cream sauce necessary in a vodka and was just a salt bomb. Both pizzas had the same baked cheese layer but neither pizza listed such an ingredient. The burrata pie lists parmesan but in no way should parmesan melt like that. As someone who can find the virtue in Domino’s and Little Caesars, DO NOT RECOMMEND.

First time customer . Not new to the environment however. I don’t usually do reviews but I was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. Let’s start with , how the server should be wiping my arm right now, from her spit, and the constant chewing of her gum. And let’s go back to how we sat for a very long time and still had another customer served before us. Definitely don’t recommend, unless it’s a different server or maybe a different host? Not sure, I came in inquiring and really loved the atmosphere however and the layout was absolutely beautiful , however please hire someone else
