I Love their breakfast burritos!
Any burrito will be juicy, not dry, cheesy with fluffy eggs.
The cheeseburger sliders are juicy and tasty as well. Highly recommend.

My favorite burrito is with a pastrami.

Bad Ass Breakfast Burritos – Believe the Hype

If you haven’t been to Bad Ass Breakfast Burritos yet, stop reading and go start the car. Seriously. These burritos live up to their name—bold, flavorful, and absolutely fantastic.

What sets this place apart? They serve up burritos all day long with clean, high-quality ingredients without sacrificing an ounce of flavor. You won’t walk away with that heavy, greasy regret—just pure satisfaction.

We tried The Haus and the Pastrami burritos, and both were a masterclass in balance. The perfect ratio of potato, egg, meat, and gooey cheese in every bite. No filler, just straight-up breakfast burrito perfection.

And they’re popular for a reason—this spot cranks out burritos so fast they might need to double their counter space just to keep up with demand. Every bite feels like it was crafted with care, delivering a hot, fresh, and utterly satisfying start (or middle, or end) to your day.

Bottom line? These aren’t just burritos. They’re bad ass burritos. Go get one. Or two.

Holy Bronco Burrito this is good! I never realized Dog Haus had them. Not sure if it’s all locations but badass breakfast burritos are “powered by Dog Haus” (which sounds so funny). So go inside and find the magic menu, and enjoy. It was tasty, generously packed, and decently priced. Great pit stop on a road trip.

I am a breakfast burrito connoisseur, so take what I say with a grain of salt– though this kitchen seems to go for the handful of salt approach. I think of cooking as an art, adding ingredients with care in just the right proportions– but this kitchen seems to view it more like a wrestling match– piling on the ingredients with the flavors competing with eachother in a way that felt almost violent.

I tried the Bronco Burrito, and it had plenty of nutritional content but was a bit overwhelming for my first meal of the day. This was a good burrito, but the intense greasy flavor and rich, salty ingredients made it quite bold and intense. The use of tater tots instead of potatoes seemed like a fun option for the novelty, but in practice it just felt like my burrito was saturated in even more grease.

At the end of the day, there was nothing wrong with this breakfast burrito. But I have to say I was not surprised that this was the result of ordering a traditionally Mexican item from an American Hot Dog restaurant. If you want something hearty, intense, and packed with ingredients that you normally wouldn’t expect in a breakfast burrito, it’s worth a try–but for a more sensitive palate, I’d honestly say this breakfast burrito would be more satisfying around dinnertime rather than as a first meal of the day.

I’m curious to try the brats at this restaurant sometime– but I’ll be going to an actual Mexican restaurant next time I want a breakfast burrito.

The burrito is excellent……. When they get it right! They consistently mess up your order! It’s very frustrating when you spend your time and money and then get home and it’s wrong! I should know better and check the order before I leave the restaurant. If I have it door dashed they mess the order up and blame it on the dasher. My name is on the receipt and the receipt is stapling the bag shut. The dasher is not at fault. It’s the store.
Your product you’re selling is very good but you need to do better.

Nice breakfast burrito – awesome idea for Dog Haus to have this gem tucked away. Service good, food quick, hot and fresh. Not more to want. Nice job.

Had the sausage burrito, the tater tots were delightfully crispy but the sausage was more of a German style which I personally just didn’t care for. But overall it was tasty and definitely a huge portion. The place was super quiet but it was nice to watch them making the burrito’s. Would try again.
