Went to Popeyes Sunday, they were out of chicken but had tenders. So I waited till today. Service is great. Lots of employees working hard. But recommend more than one person prepare the boxes of chicken. The lady doing the work is a little slow and could use some help. A manager was helping to get food out.
Be prepared to wait a few minutes the line inside and out are long. But worth the wait. They ran out of something. Maybe order a little more till the hipe is over that Popeyes is back. But don’t think that will stop. Everyone loves Popeyes The inside is very clean and looks great. Love my Popeyes

I do not understand how basic customer service principles can be such a challenge. I placed an order through the app for pickup and arrived via the drive up, as I have done many times before and as the app indicates. When I reached the intercom, I was told that I needed to come inside to pick up my order.

Upon entering the restaurant, the environment was chaotic. There were five team members gathered at the cash wrap, one team member partially cleaning, and another mopping the lobby without paying attention, nearly causing me to trip. Overall, the activity appeared inefficient and unfocused.

When I reached the counter, I stated that I was there to pick up my order and requested to speak with the team member who was on the intercom. I explained that the app indicates customers can pick up orders via the drive up. The manager responded by explaining that orders had been stolen in the past, so they no longer release app orders through the drive through. Based on her explanation, the issue appeared to be an internal operational failure to verify order numbers, not a customer error.

After receiving my order, I noticed that my bottled water was missing. A team member stated, “We do not have bottled water.” This information should have been communicated at the time my order was handed to me, not after I discovered the item was missing. The team member then offered a cup for tap water.

The manager, Kelsey, approached me after noticing my reaction and asked if I was upset in an attempt to diffuse the situation. I explained that I was not angry, but confused, which remains the case. Overall, this was a poor customer experience from start to finish.

After opening my order, I discovered additional errors. My sauce was missing, I was given two biscuits without explanation, and I received a large red beans and rice instead of the Cajun rice I ordered. While I dislike having to report issues like this, the number of errors aligns with what I observed in the restaurant. This experience reflects a consistently poor level of attention to detail and customer care.

I want to start by saying that Yasmin at the drive-thru is always friendly and provides great customer service. However, it was concerning to see her visibly upset due to issues caused by others. That kind of work environment is not acceptable and negatively affects the customer experience. Additionally, the quality and handling of the food was very disappointing. We ordered a 16-piece meal and received it with pieces missing and packaging that appeared tampered with. This is both unsanitary and unacceptable. I expect better food safety standards and proper order accuracy.

I made a mobile order and it was supposed to be ready by 7:24pm. I arrive and I can see my ticket is still sitting on the counter, not made. I didn’t end up receiving my order until 7:59pm. And more issues before this even happened.
(1) When I went inside to pick up my order, I wasn’t acknowledged until maybe 10 minutes later. There were multiple employees just standing around doing nothing. An employee just looked at me and said “what do you need?” And before I could answer, walked away.
(2) When I finally got my order (well after 30 minutes of waiting, plus the entire time being over 45 minutes from when my order said it was ready for pickup) the chicken tenders were TINY! I’m talking about less than 2”, all three of them!
(3) My fries weren’t even warm. They weren’t even just a lukewarm or cool, they were ice cold. Like they were still frozen. (4) They forgot my sauces and when I politely asked “excuse me when you get a moment, could I have two blackened ranches?” the employee just looked at me, grossed out, grabbed the sauces and tossed them to me across the counter. I thanked her and all she did was roll her eyes and shake her head.
(5) After waiting in the store for 30 minutes for my food to be ready, at 7:59pm I was told “we’re out of spicy tenders, do you want to wait 10 minutes for them to come out?” 30 minutes of waiting for an order that should have already been packaged and ready for pick-up, and you’re asking me if I want to wait an additional 10 minutes because you don’t have what I want? Unacceptable.
(6) My chicken sandwich was made and it was bloody and raw inside. Most of the “patty” was breading, but the little bit of meat that was given was still bleeding and raw.

Went through drive-thru and ordered 2 family meals and another combo. Got home and only had one family meal of chicken. I checked the bag and we had two of all the sides and a big box of chicken thought they maybe put all the chicken in one box but nope just the one family meal! Tried calling the store to get with someone on how to fix it and no answer and full inbox. Will not be back there!

Came to pick up a doordash order and the delivery was very far away for me. When I walked in, I started to notice my head spinning and my hands shaking. I was told the order I was sent to pick up would be a 10+ minute wait, and immediately asked the worker if I could buy a single sauce that was sweet/had high sugar content so I’d stop shaking since my sugar was obviously low. I’m a college student saving up for my last semester, and had just emptied my card into my gas tank so I could work all night. The worker handed me an apple pie simply said “here you go.”

Idk about the other reviews, but after that I watched the workers interact with each other and the customers/dashers—y’all have good people working here. I truly appreciate that small gesture of humanity and kindness.

Excellent customer service that I have ever had at Popeyes the ladies name was Brittany! I’m telling you this if every Popeyes had a person like Brittany at their stores, there would be a huge turnaround for the Good of the company at every location! And were grateful that Popeyes reopened at this location again and on top of it to have customer service that we experience with her is definitely five star Google review worthy! ✌

Amazing Service After Reopening – Popeyes is Back and Better Than Ever!

Popeyes has always been a go-to for delicious comfort food, but after reopening, their service has taken things to a whole new level! I’ve been back a few times recently, and I can honestly say I’m more impressed than ever. Not only is the food as amazing as it’s always been—crispy chicken, buttery biscuits, and the best mashed potatoes with gravy—but the service is on point.

The staff has been so friendly and efficient, especially considering the increased demand post-reopening. Every time I go in, the team greets me with a smile, and they’ve been super quick to get my order right. I was especially impressed with how smooth everything was—food came out fast, fresh, and piping hot. It’s clear they’ve really dialed in their operations since reopening.

Also, shoutout to the drive-thru crew—they’re handling the lines like pros, and I never feel like I’m waiting forever, even during busy hours. Plus, the staff’s positivity is contagious; you can tell they’re all working hard and doing their best, and it makes the experience even better.

And let’s not forget the chicken—crispy, juicy, and just the right amount of spice. The Popeyes chicken sandwich still reigns supreme, and those sides? Absolute perfection.

If you’ve been hesitant to return since they reopened, don’t be! Popeyes is better than ever, and with the friendly service they’ve got now, I’ll definitely be back again and again.

The service was atrociously slow, I’d ordered a 16 pc family meal with two orders of red beans and rice and a thing of mashed potatoes with no gravy. Not only were they ENTIRELY out of red beans and rice, I was made to wait nearly an HOUR for my food to be done. When asked for what I wanted substitute for the lack I had said TWO things of the mashed potatoes and gravy and ONE thing of fries, in which I got THREE things of mashed potatoes and gravy. All in all the food is this place’s ONLY saving grace and that’s not even saving it by much. Just make your own or go to Golden Chick or Church’s.
