I went in to pick up my carryout order. I stood there for 5 minutes and never even got a head nod of an acknowledgement. Offended, I sat in the sat right in front of the registers. Immediately after that some lady walks in and goes right to the counter. Assuming that they were going to help her before they helped me I stood up next to her. Sure enough, that asked her for her name and went and got her order. I thought for sure they were going to acknowledge me at that point. Nope. The worker just went right back to work and didn’t even look me in the eye. I had to say “hey I’m waiting on a carryout order as well.” I thought that was so unprofessional and really made me feel irrelevant. Worst experience at a restaurant in a long time.

This store has always been awesome! We always get great service and of anything is wrong with our order they happily fix it. Quality of the food is great. We go pick it up ourselves and save the delivery fee and we always great hot food because we get it right away and it isn’t riding around in a car with two other orders getting cold because it is 3rd to be delivered.

Domino’s Honolulu Hawaiian Pizza is delicious (every time).
The company could improve their automated and online system to better communicate… I placed my rewards order online and it never showed up at the location and there was noting the staff could do… The employees were very nice about it and my pizza order (made in the store) was very tasty.

I came in and sat while I waited for my food to be ready, there was a worker that had accidentally hurt herself and another worker had said “you’re always hurting yourself” and the worker who had hurt herself said, “my depression doesn’t give me an option” very obviously talking about self harm in a pizza place that is considered a family resteraunt, and the employee who had hurt herself started complaining about doing her job. Then after a few coworkers left she started talking about a worker who has self-image dysformia, and as a medical assistant it’s not easy dealing with it at all. She said, ” if you don’t love yourself at the age of 50-60 then you have a problem and you need to fix it” those statements are unacceptable. If she can’t learn to be an adult and stop talking about coworkers hind their back to other workers imagine how her customer service is. (She wears bold eyeliner and has short curly black hair. And wears glasses.) Completely unacceptable behavior.

I stay at the nativity house and they have a hard time delivering here but I have never seen a problem. I honestly think the problem is the transient population of homeless people that travel around Tacoma after hours not the residents. I have ordered pizza 5 or 6 times and only had it delivered 2 or 3 times because they say they won’t deliver to the nativity house after dark. I tip very well and always make sure to meet the driver outside and have never had a problem

I’ve been a regular customer at this Domino’s because it’s the closest location, and up until now, I never had any problems. The food itself was great, but the service and atmosphere during my last visit were very disappointing.
The hygiene standards were concerning—the same employee taking orders in-store and over the phone was also handling pizzas without washing her hands. On top of that, she seemed stressed, openly cussing at her manager about the lack of staff, which created a very unprofessional environment.
What made things worse was the long wait time.. I had to wait over an hour for my order. This location definitely needs better staffing, management, and attention to cleanliness.

Girl with pink hair would not stop complaining about her job if you hate it so much then why work at a fast food place. She was also talking smack on managers saying they need someone who can actually work yelled the whole 30 minutes I was waiting giving attitude to customers on the phone and in person.
