I got a Nacho Bell Grande last week and I had the best experience!
I meant to write last week, I went through the drive through on Wednesday between 1-2 in the afternoon. The person at the window was so friendly. You can tell the folks that are working there genuinely care about what they do. And the food is always delicious!

As I was getting my #3 from drive thru at this location…. I noticed a whiteboard on display. On the left it read “67 % positive reviews”
On the right… it listed NAMES with a NUMBER of how many complaints they had received. I am here to give every employee at that Taco Bell a positive review. The fact that they have chosen to remain employed there when that bologna is written on a whiteboard for all to see speaks volumes about their perseverance and character. Please update your stats accordingly. Thank you.

My name is sherry C my husband and I are regular Taco freaks !!!! This store is so amazing and their is a female there name sam !!!!!!! Omg she is the best human I’ve ever met she is always smiling and always ready to fix anything her employee helpers might make a mistake on she is always friendly even when the situation might be overwhelming, still she greets with a smile every time!! I don’t know how anyone could ever think this female is even close to being mean or anything such we love her and our peeps at Taco Bell I think she should get a raise or something for being the kindness female one of them anyways there they are all nice to us ,and Aryan the young man is one of our favorites as well too and the morning Peeps love this store and everyone that works there !!!! Love you guys update thank you to Shannon in the morning for being such a wonderful human being in the mornings,night shift tonight, isaiah, lily, and Brandon, and Hannah tonight they were and they are always so on point and little Lilly is my favorite that girl man is all over working that store working in the window working inside cleaning all the above she is something else!! All of you deserve employees of the year for sure we spend a lot of money in there and we will not go anywhere else and it’s because of the service we get at Taco Bell on dixe will be out forever go to thank you guys so much all of you are my heroes much love from sherry and Derek

Some of the best Taco Bell food we’ve had ever! Better than that was the friendly and kind-hearted service we received from Kieara. She paid special attention to us with follow-up questions about the quality of the food and whether we needed anything else. She really made us feel welcome!! Thanks Kieara!

The refresca drink is not worth it. And the girl w the glasses at the drive thru was not friendly. I said thank you. And she just looked at me and slammed the door shut.
My question is WHY do you have them start out asking “ will you be using the mobile app?” Because if we don’t then the drive thru people seem annoyed… and it just starts you off in a bad way. Stop asking about the mobile app not many use it!

Fast food ADVERTISED to be open until 4 am, but conveniently, their “system” is always down after 2am. They say they can only do DoorDash orders, but they turn off Doordash orders, so you cant even do that. I wish I could say this is the only issue, but I’ve already dealt with management claiming that Kentucky has laws against taking motorcycles through the drive thru. I urge anyone to show me any law that says a motorcycle cant go through a drive thru. Extremely lazy, extremely unprofessional, extreme waste of time. If you have the option to go LITERALLY anywhere else, I encourage you to do so. Unfortunately for me, I guess ill have to start packing lunch every day for my 3rd shift job.

It’s disappointing after spending $10 for breakfast. I was offered a fountain drink instead of the coffee I ordered. The food just wasn’t as good as other Taco Bells, and I was only given 1 cinnabon when I paid for 2. I appreciate the friendly service, but things could be a little better.

dude with long brown curly hair started yelling and started to get heated cause i ordered at 12:40… they still have 20 minutes until close so why make such a fuss. they didnt give me my fiesta potatos and i understand they were gonna close soon but they shouldnt have let me order if they didnt have potatos up. little boy with curly brown hair needs to find a different career cause clearly he dont like this one.

Went to here approximately ten minutes ago and I don’t think I’ve experienced such bad management before. Orders a supreme taco party pack, chulpa, four soft tacos, and two Pepsis. The young women at the window was wonderful as was the young man who handed me my food at the drive thru. The issue came when I tried to bring the box into the car and the bottom fell out. I was obviously very distressed by this as now there’s food all over my car. The young lady didn’t know how to handle it and it wasn’t her job to. That was her team lead’s/shift supervisor/manger’s job to do. Sharron. Unfortunately her way of handling it was (after giving the young lady a coupon to pass off for a single free taco) was telling me to pull forward because she had other customers waiting. I had to go back around and ask for a replacement for the 3 tacos I lost completely (not even a full new set since most were salvageable) and while waiting at the window here the same woman who told me to pull forward (Sharron I assume) tell her staff memeber she didn’t want to deal with it. I assume she thought because the window was closed I couldn’t hear. Again, the young woman at the window and the young man who handed me my food were perfectly kind and the bottom of the box was probably just faulty product. But the poor management response is inexcusable.
